Part 3

Friday night at the planet.

Alice , Dana and Bette entered the planet and saw Jenny standing next to the bar talking with Kit.
“Hey Kit”, Bette greeted her sister and nodded friendly over to Jenny.
“It´s so crowded in here”, Dana said and looked through the planet.
“Jenny, where is Shane? Is she still at work?”, Alice asked quite impatiently.
“No, she just told me she has to get something before she comes here. She´ll come Alice, don´t worry”.
While Jenny chatted with Alice a well known woman entered the planet through the back entrance.
Jenny saw her immediately.
“Excuse me for a minute”, she said suddenly to a slightly distraced Alice and left her alone at the bar.

“Carmen, Carmen here”, Jenny waved and Carmen freezed in her movement.
“Oh hi, Jenny. How are you doing?”, Carmen greeted Jenny nervous.
“Can I talk to you for a second?”, Jenny asked seriously and just pulled her into the uncrowded floor between Kit´s office and the storeroom without waiting for an answer.
“Jenny…I know that..”, Carmen begann but Jenny cut in sharply.
“No you don´t know Carmen. I hope this all is just a f*cking joke. Have you seen Shane?? She just hides into work and other stuff which I just can hope doesn´t kill her and like I see you aren´t doing better”, Jenny said furiously noticing how fragil Carmen looked.
Carmen sight holding back her tears. The pain cut through her heart when she heard about Shane.
“Do you think it´s easy for me Jenny? To hurt Shane like that?! Ever night I can´t sleep cause I can´t get her face out of my mind. How her face dropped and her eyes filled with tears when I told her that I can´t be with her anymore. I love her Jenny but I can´t lose my family”, Carmen responsed desperate, close to cry.
“You need to give your family time, Carmen. It´s goona be alright”, Jenny tried to give Carmen hope.
“No nothing is gonna be alright Jenny. I know I made a wrong decision but there is no turning back. Shane will never open up to me again and you know that. So it´s better the way it is now. I have to go. My shift is starting”, Carmen said more to herself than to Jenny and left.
