We didnt think youd like that. Tina said. I guess we should have talked about it more.

So thats the reason why youve been like this to me? Bette asked with tears in her eyes.

I looked at her and felt so terrible. Yea. I went up to her and hugged her. Im sorry. I love you.

Tina joined in on the hug and Jenny looked pleased.

After our meeting with the shrink Bette and Tina took me to the doctor and I got birth control pills. Just to be on the safe side. Then we went home, and we had decided that I would go and talk to Jenny once a week, and everything felt great.

Alice had been watching after Clara during the time we were gone. When we came home we found Shane, Alice, Carmen and some girl we didnt know sitting in the living room couch, looking exhausted.

Whatve you been up to? Bette asked them.

Um, I had to call in for help. Shane explained. So I called Carmen. But that didnt help so we called Alice. That didnt help either though, so Alice called Joan.

What was the problem? Bette asked, she sounded worried.

Well, the little one didnt wanna sleep. Shane said.

I laughed. And you had to call in the cavalry for that? I asked. Just rock her for a little while and shell fall asleep like a rock.

Yeh, Joan kinda figured that. Alice said.

Oh, by the way. Alice stretched a little. Joan is my girlfriend.

I looked amused at Alice. She had been going through lots of boyfriends and girlfriends during my life, and I actually felt sorry for her. Shane once told me that Alice and Dana had been a couple once, but that Dana chose to be with Lara instead. Shane also told me that Alice couldnt find a steady boyfriend or girlfriend cause she was still in love with Dana. And I actually think that is true. I was interrupted in my thoughts as the doorbell rang. I went to open it and found Lara and Dana standing on the porch. Josh was sleeping in Laras arms and he looked adorable. I invited them in and helped them putting Josh down in my bed. We put pillows around him so he wouldnt fall down if he woke.

Then we went out to the others in the living room. Alice and Joan seemed very much in love, which I had to admit, wasnt at all how Alice used to look.

Lara and Dana gad some strange thing going on, and I soon found out what it was.

Hey, you horn-dogs! Alice yelled as Lara and Dana were sitting in the couch kissing passionately. Get a room!

Dana blushed and I found the situation kinda funny.

Sorry, but we havent you know since before Josh was born. Dana said, blushing even more.

Tina laughed as she put her arms around me. It took a month before Bette was ready.

Mom! I really dont want to hear this! Everyone laughed at me. I felt grossed out.

Im sorry honey. Tina kissed my cheek.

I looked around the room and realized that this was my family, and I had been acting so stupid. I loved these people, and I knew that they loved me. I did the only thing right, I told them all how much I loved them.
