Jenny meets a new friend: Chapter 2
As I was getting ready for our date, I couldnt stop thinking about her. She was the most stunningly beautiful woman I had ever met, since Marina. Yeah, that relationship turned out well. Ever since Marina left, I had caught myself thinking about her from time to time. I would have to tell myself how much of a ***** that woman was to keep from getting wet.
Tim had never forgiven me for that. After we had gotten the divorce, we developed a kind of symbiosis. We had become best friends. I kinda liked it. I had never told him that I was a *****. He still thinks Im bisexual. I think he still wants that hope that maybe well get back together. Its not happening. Im *****.
Just as I was about ready to leave, who else walks in the garage but Tim. He stopped dead in his tracks when he saw me in my tight jeans and ***** tank top.
Wow, you look hot. Got a date? he asked.
No, just coffee. I met this girl in my creative writing class, and we hit it off, I replied.
Oh, well she must be pretty special, because you look amazing.
Thanks, I said as I checked my watch, I gotta get going, Im gunna be late.
Well, tell me how thing went when you come home tonight, he said with a wink.
Well see if I even come home tonight, I said as I retured his wink, Dont wait up for me.
I wont. Be careful.
Of course, I replied as I grabbed my jacket and headed out, leaving Tim in the garage with his thoughts.
When I got to the caf, Taylor was sitting at a small table near the back. From the looks of her, she had the same idea as me, get cleaned up before we met. She had changed her top, from the sporty pullover she was wearing earlier, to a tight fitting cotton button-up blouse. She had her hair pulled back in a messy bun with a few stray strands to frame her face. I had to issue every smidgen of self restraint to not come right there. I put on a warm smile and approached the table.
Im not late, am I?
Taylor shook her head, Nope, Im early. She gestured to the seat across the table from her, Have a seat. She smiled as I sat across from her. So, whats your guess? she asked.

how fun! i’d really like to see where you’re going with this :)
Hello there Maxy! Im sure that Im one of only a precious few that like Jenny. I’m glad that you have decided to write about Jenny making an effort to move on without Marina. Judging by the depth of Jenny’s and Marina’s love for each other, I can tell you that this will be an extremely hard task for the both of them to accomplish, simply because a LOVE that runs as deep as theirs never dies, now does it? Let’s get real here,Jenny and Marina are “SOULMATES” they belong only with each other;however, they both will probably try be that as it may to move on with another, but neither will experience true or utter happiness apart from each other. Please find a way to bring them back together. I am not by no means trying to tell you what to write;this is merely a “SUGGESTION”. I like what you have done so far and I “do look forward to more postings..
