“Yeah, yeah… I’m fine.” Bette said. “Can we just go?”

“Sure, baby.” Tina said and took Bette’s hand. Together they walked to the motorcycle leaving all the boys behind them.

“Thanks for doing that.” Bette said.

“It’s no problem, sweetheart. He deserved it. Stupid fucker.” The last thing she muttered and Bette chuckled. She kissed Tina when they arrived at the vehicle.

“I love you.” Bette said.

“I love you more. Now, let’s get outta here.” Tina said and pecked Bette on the lips before they put their helmets on and stepped on the Harley. Bette put her arms around Tina’s waist and pulled her close, enjoying the feel of her girlfriend. Tina started the motor and drove home, forgetting about the park.

“Babe, Jake is hungry. Can you please feed him?” 55-year old Tina asked Bette. “I am going to call Angelica and ask her when she’ll finally be here.”

“Sure, baby.” Bette said and walked to the kitchen to get her grandson’s bottle.

Tina and Bette were together for over 35 years and their life had been and still was like a fairytale. They had a son, Thom and a daughter, Angelica. Thom was 29 and Angelica 25. Their son was married to a woman named Wendy and they had three little boys: Preston, 5, Leander and Odin both 3 years old. Angelica lived together with a man named William. They had two kids: Harper, 2, and Jake, 6 months. Tina and Bette had gotten married 23 years ago. It had been beautiful. Red and white was the theme of the party.
