Chapter 36

Almost a week has past since the birth drama, and Tina is ready to come home. Bette have been cleaning the house the last few days, she doesnt have the flow of washing that Tina has, so it takes a little longer to finish up. But finally shes done and leaves to pick up Tina and little Angelica. Bette has also asked the gang to stay away today. She wanted the homecoming to be a family affair, not that the gang isnt family, but the three makes the core family. She told them that tomorrow, theyre having a get-together. The gang understood completely. So much that they have been through the last year and a half, they deserved a loving family moment all by their self.

Bette pulled into the hospital parking lot. And she runs inside. Tina was packed and ready to go sitting on her bed with Angelica in her arms.

Bette opens the door to the room and is met by a wonderful sight. She stops for a moment to absorb the view. Tina smiled the most beautiful smile Bette had ever seen. Bette moved closer to Tina and places a soft loving kiss on Tinas lips.

Are you ready to come home? Bette asks and winks at her wife.

I am so ready baby. Tina replies. Bette lans down and places a soft kiss on Angelicas forehead. She was sound asleep.

Lets go home. Bette says and takes Tinas bag in her left arm and places the right arm around Tina.

Bette had also picked up a baby car seat between her cleaning. She has fasten it in the back seat. Tina carefully place Angelica in the seat and buckle her up. Then she takes a seat next to her daughter.

T, baby, you dont have to sit there, shell be fine. Bette says and smiles.

I know, I just want to sit by her on her very first car ride. Tina says and smiles back at Bette.

Okay. Bette says and closes the door, and runs around the car and get into the driver seat, and they drive off towards home. Halfway there, Tina hasnt said anything, she is not taking her eyes off of Angelica at all.
