By the time Dana left the bathroom and made her way back downstairs, Alice happened to be nowhere in sight. Trying her best to not draw attention to herself with an anxious demeanor, the athlete slipped from one room to the other, attempting, in vain, to inconspicuously locate Alice.
"Hey, there’s my date," she heard the familiar voice call from behind her before turning around to greet her friend.
"Shane! Great, listen, have you seen Alice? Do you know where she is?" She realized the questions were shooting out of her mouth at rapid speed, making her sound just as frantic as she hoped to not be.
For her part, Shane glanced worriedly at her friend before responding, "Woah, Dane, you alright?"
Dana closed her eyes and let out a calming breath. "I’m fine, Shane…so do you know where she is?" She craned her neck in order to scan the other rooms for Alice.
The stylist studied her friend for a moment before replying slowly, "Uh, no I don’t. Sorry." Dana had finally turned her attention back to Shane, frowning upon hearing the her response. "But I think I’m gonna take off now, as soon as I track down Jenny. Tina said she last saw her playing with some raft on the beach by herself. Hopefully she hasn’t floated away to the middle of the Pacific Ocean by now."
"Right, yeah," Dana muttered distractedly, still looking in every possible direction for any sign of Alice.
"Hey." The authoritative tone Shane took shook Dana back into reality. Once the stylist was sure she had her undivided attention, she continued. "Did something happen between you two?"
"Why?" the athlete questioned as her eyes widened. "Did she say something to you?"
Shane narrowed her eyes. "No, like I said I haven’t seen her. Anyway, I’m outta here so do you want a ride home?"
"Wait, shit you drove me here didn’t you?" Dana asked, trying to get her wits about her and forget about the Alice situation for a moment.
Shane’s concern was now growing with each new syllable Dana uttered. "Yeah. Dane, are you drunk?"
"Yes. I mean no, I’m not drunk, but yes I need a ride home. Wait hang on, can you give me like 5 minutes?"

Okay I haven’t read it yet (I know, shame on me or something) but I totally forgot to download AIM again. I relaized I needed to after I sent you that message since I haven’t used it since I got this PC, and then I forgot about it! Mea culpa. But I’ll download it now, promise! And I’m thinking mid-springtime-ish for a visit (aka my spring break)? Does that work for you?
Okay! So I’ve read it, and you’ve made me really happy with the reunification of Danish. Yay! I hope you don’t end it here though, they have so much stuff to work through still, and I want to know what becomes of Jules. You could set her up with..hmm…Helena maybe? I dunno, but she’s too awesome to just do away with. Anyway my friend, I have now downloaded AIM, so if you’re averse to MSN I’m on AIM now too. And thanks for the shout out about Lest, it’s a happy part so it was fun to write. Hope you like it, and I’m glad it makes you write because I still totally love this story. That might be the longest run on sentence ever, but hey, what can I do? Aside from correct it and insert a period or something, but I’m far too lazy for that. Anyway, awesome job…and now you can write the make up sex! That’s always fun, lol.
I don’t know why I thought I had a huge run on sentence in there. I should really pay more attention and quit rambling. I’m done now, I swear! Lol.

This was the moment I’ve been waiting for for 22 (!!!!) chapters. Everytime you write a scene with the two of them I just hold my breath. You write their chemistry so well.

Thank you swismiss24 for this amazing chapter. First of all congratulations to your law degree. Finally, Danish were reunited. I don’t think I will forget their bathroom scene anytime soon. It was definitely one of the very best ones. The last one came to mind was in September, “Masked Feelings” Ch76 by brteyes. The bathroom scene on the plane was hilarious. Many writers have tried but it has to be more than just sex. Anyway, back to this chapter, A’s love confession was awesome. Now, A had to go break Jules’ heart. As much as I prefer Danish forever, somehow I feel bad for Jules. She was good to A. One side note, Why bother fishing Jenny out? Why didn’t you just leave her in the Pacific? Someone should. pps.
Yay! Doin’ the happy Danish dance! Good update (and not just because of the outcome). Poor Jules but the signs were there all along. As always, I’m looking forward to the next turn in that long road ahead of them.
that was absolutely perfect. you have no idea how excited i was to come home at 2:30 in the morning and see that you posted. the story gets better and better. and yes it probably could end here – but i home you continue just a little more to tell us what happens with jules and danish. the 33rd reading (cause i had to read it again before reading this one) was just as good as the first time. and i will pm or email you (cause i think i have your email) with the ny story. and congrats on passing the bar. my friend just failed. but yeah… thanks again for the update. i will begin my daily reading of this chapter tomorrow. i NEED to go to bed. cheers.
wassup great job i enjoyed that ofcourse i don’t think i’ve never not enjoyed ur chapters newho wow finally i hope u dont make it too easy for dana though she still has alot of ass kissing to do poor jules to i hope she will be okay i feel so sorry for her now but it’s danish so i’ll get over it lol i also hope the drama doesn’t go you do it so well the tension and angst etc etc loved it!! pps swiss i can’t get enough of this… p.s 7!! pages wow thats alot i now forgive you for taking so long :)
