I Fell In Love With A Straight Girl Chp 8
Story written on June 2, 2010 by chabet1.
Tina raced to the edge of town, where Carmen lived with her father. As the miles became closer, I became nervous. Was I really going to just tell her everything, just lay out my whole life story to her, and expect her to be okay with it?
“Tina, I don’t know how I’m going to do this.”
She smiled and put her hand on my thigh, “I know this is going to be hard for you, but I can tell that you really care about her. She deserves to know what is going on.”
I sighed and sligenly agreed with her, and focused on giving her directions to Carmen’s house. Although I’d never been there before, I knew the area.
We drove on to a dirt road where we found Carmen’s small house on an acre of land surround by trees.
As we parked I unbuckled my seat belt, then turned to Tina. “Okay, I’m going to go in, if you want you can leave I can text you when I’m done.”
Tina hugged me, “I’ll be right here Shane.”
I smiled at her and got out of the car. I reached the door, with a deep nervous sigh I knocked on the door. Moments later, the door open, reviling the beautiful Latina who had some how dug a hole into my heart.
“Shane!” She exclaimed, surprised to see me. “Come in, I’m sorry I’m just in my farmer clothes.” She laughed at her cut off demi overalls. “I was just out in the garden.”
“You look great in anything you wear.” I said smiling as I wiped a smug of dirt of her check. She smiled back and me, then walk toward the kitchen. “Would you like anything to drink? We have some freshly made lemoaid!”
“That would be great.” Nervously I fallowed behind her.
The sound of the cold drink hitting the glass reminded me of a time that was much more simper then this. She handing me the drink, and I tried to keep my shaking hand steady.
Her deep brown eyes pierced through mine as she asked what was wrong.
I took a slip of the lemonaid, then sat it down on the counter.
“Carmen, I need to tell you something.” My voice alienate my emotions as it was low and steady.
