    "It’s gonna be one Hell of a night."

    She stands before the door to the suite, feeling a mixture of anticipation and anxiety. Everything seems so crazy right now to Lara as she thinks back to earlier in the day. Earlier in the day, it was just her and Alice enjoying the slopes together. All the while, she could feel the eyes on her. She could sense Dana looking on from her seat and Carmen looking on from a distance. Lara could feel Alice on her as they continued bonding. And now she stands ready for a dinner date with Dana, with no Alice between them. She rings the doorbell with everything feeling right and wrong all at once.

    Helena sits ready at the table, where her friends begin to gather with her and Alice. All day long she had felt a strange vibe about this evening. She thinks back to earlier in the day and the shock of her Mother leaving with another woman from the Fairmont. For a moment, Helena’s mind is back in the lobby again.

    Peggy: Darling, I want you to meet someone.

    Marilyn: Hi. I’m Marilyn.

    Marilyn extends her hand to Helena and Helena obliges the handshake.

    Peggy: Helena, Marilyn here is an old acquaintance of mine…and she and I have lots…

    Peggy looks on with a smirk at Marilyn who returns with a grin.

    Peggy: …of catching up to do. So I shall be leaving this behind, but remember, dear, please…have a good time, will you? That is what you are here for.

    Peggy and Marilyn wave at a stunned Helena and hold hands leaving the lobby. She’s not sure what to make of it as she looks on. Alice arrives, seeing Peggy and Marilyn exit.

    Alice: Where she off to?

    Helena: Your guess is as good as mine, Alice. I have the most fascinatingly strangest Mother on Earth.

    Alice: Ha…you should try hangin’ out with mine sometime.

    Alice puts her right arm around Helena.

    Alice: C’mon…let’s go eat and hang out with our other weird friends.

    Helena chuckles as the two make their way into the restaraunt.

    1. Whoakay… my head is just spinning. Alice wants this, between the three of them? Bette and Carmen disagree, and Tina is goading as usual. Gotta say tho, I like Dana and Lara together. That was an intense chapter, and I actually can’t wait to see what happens next. Cheers

    2. Nice update! Although now I want more…way to leave us hanging, lol. OK, so Alice-Lara-Dana, who wants what and are they going to get over the ‘but I just want the other two to be happy’ blah blah blah and hit a threesome? Or is it going to end in a painful pairing with one of them getting hurt? I have to say I like that it’s not all super cut ‘n dry, it shows that their feelings for each other are just not simple. As I said before, makes for great fanfic, can’t wait to see the morning after scene. And thanks for putting Lara and Dana back together (my fave couple of the series, I’m prob in the minority but who cares), if but for one night. Or more? hm….please post soon!

    3. I guess I might be the only one who see’s how much Carmen cares for Lara. I’m not too happy w/ Dana’s indecisiveness, she seems to be ‘having her cake..& ya know the rest. Hope Lara doesn’t get hurt again cause Carmen may not be around to pick up the pieces.

    5. a threesome??? really dun like the sound of that. i kinda dun like dana in this story, otherwise shez one of my fav characters but here shez jst kinda blind to see wuts happenin between alice and lara or maybe she chooses not to see it and carmen cares way too much for lara im finally tryin to wrap my head around the idea of carmen n lara together. and tina HAD to mention that night lol! anyway it was a great update cant wait for the next one!

    8. i think you are doing a great job…especially in keeping true to the characters and their personalities.. it seems to me that Alice is willing to sacrifice her happiness so that dana will be happy… it’s all going to be a big mess i think… i think it was great how you brought in claude (is that her name?) but she slept with shane this time.. great job… pps.. :)
