    Chapter 45

    ***Gina***

I am still on New York time. Bette, Tina and I stayed up talking for a bit when I got in earlier this morning. I didn’t fall asleep till after two so technically it would be after five in the morning. I didn’t sleep for very long. Aiden, Cyanne and Shawn had other plans for me. Angelica was still asleep, so too was the rest of the household. I got up by force and found myself reacquainted with, power rangers and the justice league. There were also some super heroes I had no idea existed. This brings back memories of my childhood, when I would watch television on a Saturday morning while having cereal. Aiden made breakfast, fruit loops and corn pops with milk. He said the mix gives a better taste.

We were rolling and romping, re-enacting some of the moves form the cartoons. Cyanne and Aiden had me pinned to the floor. We lost control and were probably making more noise than we thought, because Angelica came out incensed.

“God, must you guys be so loud? Some of us are actually still asleep you know.” She yelled as she stormed in the living room.

The children froze and I pulled my self up. “I’m sorry, it was my fault. We were just playing.”

We were both paralysed, eyes locked on each other. I can’t say for how long, a few minutes, a few seconds. “What are, when did you, I tried calling you.”

“I needed to see you. I wasn’t sure what was going on. I didn’t hear from you so I thought that, maybe you had second thoughts.”

“I’m sorry I hung up on you.”

    “I’m sorry I didn’t take you seriously.”

She came closer till was no space between us. Aiden being the astute young man that he is, took the girls in the back yard giving Angelica and I time to talk. “I was trying to do the right thing. I want you to know that you can trust me. But I was hurt.”

“I never meant to hurt you. You sounded like you were caught doing something wrong, or that it’s a bad thing to have feelings for someone else. I just pictured how sweet you must have looked talking over the phone. I should have been more understanding, I’m sorry.”

    1. awww..so fucking cute..and Gina is right no one can live with the sins of the past.. the best thing is move on if they think the other person worth that much and Tina did and i hope angelica too..but Bette need to move on and stop feeling guilt..i think she could talk to Tina about this…another great chapter please post more and more soon :o)

    2. Yay, happy ending. I know that Bette and Tina were worried about Angie falling in love so young but I’m glad she and Gina are together. They’re good for each other in the same way Bette and Tina are. It’s good to know they’re all on the same page now.

      Thanks for this, more please.
