Bette and Tina had a good day at work, it wasn’t that busy and they had a lot of fun together and with some of the regular customers who they became to know very well. Their boss was really proud of his girls who kept the café cosy and they really did know how to make a nice atmosphere in which everybody felt relaxed and happy. They worked fantastic together and knew exactly what the other would do or not so they never made a fault or anything, it just went smooth.

They walked to Tina’s home and sat on the couch together, just watching TV and talk a little.

Tina: do you want some tea?

Bette smiled and stroke Tina’s arm, she said: ‘yes please..’

Tina walked to the kitchen to make some tea while her dad walked in. He put his stuff away and sighed.

Tina: hi dad, you want some tea too?

Peter: hi darling, yes please

Tina placed the cups on the coffee table and sat down on the other side of the couch as where Bette sat. They looked at each other and Bette gave her a quick wink.

Peter: hi Bette, how are you?

Bette: I’m fine thanks (smiling) How are you Peter?

Peter: tired.. thanks for the tea honey! So how was work, anything interesting happened today?

Bette and Tina together: Nope, boring.. 

They looked at each other and busted down in laughing.

Peter watched the girls and smiled because his daughter looked so happy around Bette, so at ease and so in her element. It made him happy too, his daughter deserved to be happy, to be young and free and have fun..

Peter: you girls are unbelievable (laughing)

Bette and Tina: oh I know..

Again the laughed and Peter said: oh my god.. what I just said.. un-be-liev-able..

He raised his eyebrow and Bette said: ‘wow you guys really have the same manners you know.. now I see where Tina got her typical eyebrow raising from (smirking). I find it absolutely adorable’

Peter: you think I’m adorable?? (looking strange, but amused)
