Bette: you go girl! Wow I love and admire you even more now..

Tina: oh but there is one more thing..

Bette: what? (staring in her eyes)

Tina: I said to him that I’ve never made such a right choice ever in my whole life! (smiling lovely to Bette and giving her a soft kiss on her mouth)

Bette: really?!? (surprised and very pleased)

Tina: yeah..

Leaning in for another soft kiss which lingered longer than the first one. Suddenly they heard giggles and looked around to where it came from.

In front of them stood two girls, around 8 years-old, whispering and staring at them.

Tina looked at Bette and gave her another peck on her mouth, before turning her head back towards the girls.

Tina: hello you two sweeties, were you giggling about us? (smiling)

Lisa looked at her friend and said: yes..  (blushing)

Tina: hey no need to blush, it’s okay! But tell me, why did you giggle?

Amy: well you two were kissing.. that’s not the intention right? Shouldn’t you both kiss boys?

Bette and Tina looked at each other and Tina took her hand to caress it and entwined their fingers.

Tina: well.. we both did.

Lisa: really?

Tina: yes but Bette is way sweeter than any boy on earth could ever be (smiling)

Bette: our boyfriends were actually best friends and when we went to the zoo with the four of us, I began to like Tina much more than my boyfriend.. and Tina did too! So that’s how we ended up together.

Amy: aaww that’s sweet. Do you like kissing a girl?

Bette smiled at Tina and said: ‘no, I only like kissing this girl’ (pointing to Tina)

Tina felt praised and gave Bette another quick peck in front of their little audience.

Tina: do you find it strange?

Lisa: a little, but you both are so nice.. I guess it’s okay if you both are happy..

Amy: yes, you look happy!
