    Chapter 100 – Got An Itch

    Chapter 100 – Got an Itch

     

    Bette negotiated through traffic like an expert despite the distraction of Tina running through her mind’s eye.  She has a vision of Tina in the tub taking a bubble bath.  This vision includes hot water, candles burning softly as they throw shadows across the walls and bubbles, lots and lots of bubbles.   There will be Tina in the middle of it all with plenty of suds as they fall on various places on her body as Tina lies back and relaxes.  The smell of Tina’s favorite bath salts, lavender is almost present in the car as Bette sees one of Tina’s long legs move slowly up the other one as she moves them in her own enticing way.  This vision of Tina in various poses has filled Bette’s mind as the endless loop plays on pushing Bette to get home faster than humanly possible.

    Dana was just finishing up with her training session.  This itching wasn’t getting any better and all the sweating from practice had just heated things up so to speak and making the rubbing seem more intense.  As she was making her way to the locker room she picked up her cell to find out how Alice had made out with Tina.

     

    When Alice picked up “Hey there how’d it go with Tina?” Dana asked cheerfully.

     

    “Oh God, Dana you would not even believe.  She barely let me talk about the story on Bette.  She wants me to delete the file even.” Alice lets her fury be heard in her voice.

     

    “Wait wait did she read the story?” Dana asks confused.

     

    “READ well no she looked like she was going to but NO she wouldn’t read it and wants me to destroy all copies of it.  Well I’ll tell you no one gets me to destroy my work.” Alice says indignantly.

     

    “Alice she wants you to destroy your story but that was your best one.” Dana says full of sympathy.

     

    “What do you mean my best one?” Alice now turns her anger at Dana.

     

    “Oh, I mean the best of the best they were all the best but that one was just a particularly good one.  You know one of your many bests.” Dana says making even herself confused.

    17. Great celebratory chapter, but I wish it was longer :( I am in accord with Wade SA in my patient wait.
      Now to Alice, no one can make her distroy her work heh. Well if she doesn’t she will be distroying something much MORE VALUABLE—- a friendship. Bette is not going to retreat from her clearly stated position, and Tina will have no refurge for Alice on this one. They will be a united front. So on with the story.

    25. You’ve given me motivation to start working out again. The visual of Bette holding her weight with one hand outside the tub, while her other hand is busy pleasing Tina, and the only other touch between them is Bette’s kiss to Tina’s lips….imagination and your writing are wonderful things.
