Forever I Promise: Chapter Two

Shane jumped into her car dialing Tinas cell phone. It went to voicemail. Tina, its Shane. Listen something happened at your house. Bette was taken to the hospital by ambulance. I dont know anything other than she lost a lot of blood. I’m on my way behind the ambulance now. Shane didnt know what else to say. She hit the end button and then dialed Alice.

Alice, listen Bette was just rushed to the hospital. I dont know Al, but the Paramedic sad she lost a lot of blood. Listen, I tried Tina on her cell phone. Do you know where she is? Ok fine, Ill meet you at the hospital. She ended that call and dialed Kit.

Kit hey, its Shane. Listen Bette had an accident or something. Yea the Paramedics took her in the ambulance. Were almost at the hospital now. OK, Ill see you as soon as you can get here. Kit, listen. Candace was there at the house. I dont know if she hurt Bette or not. I cant find Tina and I dont know what the ***** is going on. No I didnt tell Tina about Candace. I just left her a message to come to the hospital. OK bye.

The Paramedics were taking Bette into the ER as Shane parked her car. Shane entered and went to the desk. The Nurse asks if she needed to be seen. No I’m here with my friend, Bette Porter. She was just brought in by ambulance. The Nurse explained that some paper work would need to be filled out by a family member. Shane told the nurse that Bettes sister and wife were on there way. The nurse told Shane to just have a seat and to let her know when they got here.

Alice, Dana and Kit were all coming into the ER and saw Shane sitting in the waiting area. Shane repeated all she knew from seeing Bette loaded into the ambulance to Candace coming out of the house. She told Kit that the nurse needed her to fill out paper work. Kit left and went up to the desk.
