    “Good…”

    “Where are we going?”

    “Well, you know, Christina Kennard…I am going to prepare a surprise for you tonight.”

    “Are you sure it s a surprise?”, the blonde smiled.

    “Why not? If you want me to, I can describe it later, but , I can guarantee, when we it arrives, it will be much better…” Bette’s smile was infectious.

    “Ok…I understand…It’s not because I know the end of a good movie that I don’t need to see it…”

    “That’s the spirit! My occidental Saraswati!”

    And both laughed – silenced –

    got lost when their eyes

    and found their way back to words.

    “Ok, ok…ok… I was telling you about… the dinner…” Bette was the first to gain back her voice.

    “Dinner?”

    “Yes…Well, not only a dinner…”

    “Not only a dinner…”

    “Yes… and you’re coming with me to see what I will do to provide our night.

    “Ok, now…that’s the part when you tell me where we are going…”

    “No…No…” Bette got closer. “…That’s the part when you kiss me passionately…”

    How Tina could contradict such an argument?

    They stopped at a small shop and Tina had no clue where she was. When they entered they were received with a delightful herb fragrance.

    The owner, an old, short, curved tupi-guarany indian lady recognized promptly the brunette.

    While Bette talked with the old woman, Tina walked thorough the shop amused by the scenario.

     

    “How are you doing Elizabette?” The lady asked sweetly. She could read the younger brunette.

    “I am …” Bette didn’t find the words. “I am…”

    “Complete?” And the old lady pointed her wise eyes to the blonde across the shop.

    “Yes…Complete, Ms. Apoema…”

    “So, you found her. She’s the one…”

    “Yes…” There was the smile. Nobody could remove that smile when the blonde was by her side, but still, deep in the soul, she was apprehensive.

    “But…” The old lady felt the coma.

    “I am afraid to tell her all the truth.

    “…Give her time…And your strategy is right…Give her the right memories…” The old lady which the name means “the one who can see far away” was always one step ahead.“Besides, you know I lived at Amazonia and was married with a shaman before I found Madeleine.”

    6. Holy wow, Braz! Just when we thought that your absence was unbearable, you drop by and post our fav story. This is the best present you could ever give us, dearest friend. We were speaking of you last saturday with our sis and we told her how MUCH we have missed you, but understood that life sometimes gets in the way. Jeeezzz!! We will have to update you again.- As for the story, symbols are very important here, as you so clearly pointed out. Paint, sexy outfits and underware garments; scented candles, herbes… Anything that is meaningful. Bette’s story will need a lot of convincing and like Apoema said: only the good stuff should be disclosed, this time. Until there is a deeper communication with Tina, Bette has to be careful about telling Tina their love story.
