“Of course, I just wanted to see you beg a little first” Dana stated teasingly, leaning down to graze Alice’s lips with her own before pulling the blonde up and bounding over to the giant Christmas tree with gifts galore at the feet of it.
Dana stood behind Alice, resting her head on her chin as the glanced at the shiny decorated boxes and both decided to save the best for last, their gifts to each other.
Alice’s Apartment
They sat together amongst the brightly coloured chaotic mess that was now Alice’s floor, laughing and admiring the new items from friends and family. Unexpectedly Alice’s mother had sent a gift albeit not something delightful to her daughter, a voucher to a clinic for botox injections, nice!
“Aww baby,” Dana crawled over to Alice who was sitting rather dejectedly, legs crossed and shoulders slumped, “You’re the most beautiful woman in my eyes, you don’t need this,” the brunette stated as she softly kissed her girlfriend on the forehead.
Alice smiled at the kiss causing Dana to also smile and pull away, she brushed a strand of hair from Alice’s face then picked up the second last present and set it on the writer’s lap. The blonde looked at the gift tag:
Merry Christmas to my gorgeous, talented, hilarious, sweet, generous but most of all perfect, woman Alice. I hope you like it. All my love, hugs and kisses, Dana xoxoxo
Alice had to chuckle at the tag as she read, only Dana could write something like that and she loved her for it. Carefully she unwrapped the parcel as if there was a china tea set contained within, peeling the package open piece by piece. The action was killing Dana who expected the paper to fly off with gusto, much like the several other gifts Alice had torn open in a child like excitement. This wasn’t the exact present she’d first put under the tree but after last night this one made perfect sense, not only had she awoken at one am this morning, but she had managed to get up without Alice waking and swap the presents around, satisfied with her new choice.

Okay, I can never trade you stories. This is just too good, and you went and melted my brain. Now I have to put smut in my update, and I’ll even post it tonight for ya, although you’re like 7 hours ahead of me timewise. Oh well. I’m rambling.
Also! I love that you had Alice put that phrase on the ring, it’s always been one of my favorites from all my Latin classes.

Yes, you’re rigt, Alice was also adorable in the other seasons. But this season…I don’t know, “she’s just so vibrant”. :P Wohoo, it was a 2-pager! :D luvthatErin already described everything I loved about this chapter. So they are going to move in together. Can’t wait to see what will happen next. Btw, if you count all the sex scenes you already have written, I think you will come close to the number 25. :)
