Bette was blown away by the performance she had just seen, Tina’s movements were so fluid and graceful but at the same time there was an underlying strength and power behind them. The graceful lines and rippling muscles of the visable parts of her body were mesmorizing and Bette was speechless. She couldn’t stop the silent tears that were trailing their way down her cheeks as she looked at the woman she loved and she couldn’t believe how lucky she was to have her in her life.

Tina could see all the emotions playing out in Bette’s eyes and she felt the tears begin to sting her own eyes. She had been more nervous about tonight and this performance than any other she had done before. She knew how hard it had been for both of them to try and pretend that there was nothing but friendship between them when they were out of the house and she wanted desperatly to show Bette just how much she meant to her, how much she loved her and needed her. This was an important moment in their relationship and it was then that Tina was certain that asking Bette to marry her was the right thing and that it was what she wanted more than she thought possible.

Tina regretted that she had to break up this moment but she needed to get up, the pain in her back was overiding all other emotions and she needed Bette to help her get up, she had worked harder than she thought and it was only after she stopped dancing that she realised just how much it had hurt.

“Bette, I’m sorry baby but I need your help to get up?”

“What…. oh of course, sorry T just hold on a sec” Bette said as she was brought out of her own thoughts and got to her feet and gave her hand to Tina to pull her up

“Ummm I think I might need a little more help than that…. I’m sort of stuck, my back’s gone”

“Oh…. T you shouldn’t have done this if it would hurt you like this” Bette said, concern and worry creasing her brow

“It was all worth it if you enjoyed it…. now lets get you home shall we?”

“That sounds like a great idea, I’ll draw you a nice hot bubble bath and then how about a massage before we go to sleep?”

“You’re too good to me do you know that?”

“Anything for you T…. I love you”

“I love you too babe”

And so the two women made their way home after Tina had thanked the crew at the theatre. As promised Bette ran a bath for Tina and they spent the rest of the night relaxing and enjoying each other, showing their love for each other in ever way they could….. although Tina had to accept that she had some restrictions due to her earlier exertions. Finally falling asleep in each other’s arms as the sun was rising.

The next morning:-

Tina had woken up to the unwelcome sound of her alarm and grudgingly rolled out of Bette’s comforing embrace to switch it off. She had arranged to meet the family jewler at 9am to to look at the ring that he had designed for her. She took one last loving look at Bette before she got out of bed to get ready. Before she finally left the house Tina placed a yellow rose tinged with pink on her pillow and placed a kiss on it’s petals as well as a soft kiss on Bette’s lips.

Like most places in Harare it only took Tina 15mins to get to her destination, being back here brought back so many memories. She was looking forward to seeing Richard again, he always knew exactly what she wanted and never failed to amaze her. Today was no exception, the ring was exactly what she had hoped for. It was a simple white gold band with a blue diamond setting, the blue was the same colour of one of her favourite tops that Bette wore. The colour looked radiant in contrast to Bette’s mocha skin and she could never resist Bette’s advances when she wore that colour.

“Richard, it’s perfect”

“Well it seems as though someone had captured your heart and that person deserves nothing less than perfection…. the same as you”

“You’re much too kind…. I see somethings never change”

“I take it from the ring that this special somone is not a man but a woman…. and a woman with very good taste I might add?”

“Nothing gets past you does it”

“Very little my dear, very little…. so is there anything else you need”

“Well I was looking for four little gifts, three as a memory of Africa and the fourth is for Tori…. just little thank you’s”

“I think I may have exactly what you’re looking for”

Later back at the house:-

Tina had arrived home and was looking for Bette but the only person she could see was Tapiwa.

“Tappi, where’s Bette?”

“Miss Bette is in the pool house I think”

“Thanx Tappi…. could you make sure the laundry is done and we’ve got some lunch and then everyone can take the day off” Tina said handing her money for all of them to go out for lunch

Tina knew exactly how she wanted to spend the afternoon and it didn’t include outside observers. But first things first, she had to make sure everything was ready for Vic Falls and that their bags were packed. They had an early flight they had to catch the next day and Tina wanted to make sure that everything was ready and nothing interrupted her time with Bette this afternoon and evening.

Bette was just relaxing in the pool house, the heat was incredible and she just needed to cool down. She wished Tina were home to keep her company but until then she would have to make do with the drink in her hand and her book. Just as she was about to put down her book she could have sworn she head Tina’s voice but when no one came into the pool house she thought she was just hearing things and so she closed her eyes and quietly dozed off…. dreaming of Tina

Tina had just finished packing their suitcase and couldn’t wait to go to Bette, she quickly changed into her bikini and made her way downstairs. She found her still in the pool house and a goofy grin spread across her face when she saw that Bette was sleeping…. the love in her eyes quickly turned to burning desire when she saw that Bette was wearing the bikini she had bought her for the trip and Tina couldn’t wait to wake her up. She quietly went to the bar and brought out the ice bucket…. it was a blisering day and Tina knew just how to cool Bette down and wake her up.

She quietly knelt down beside Bette and began placing feather light kisses on her exposed skin and trailing her tongue down her taut stomach. Her hands softly caressing the inside of Bette’s thighs. She felt Bette begin to stir under her touch and smiled to herself at the thought of what was to come.

Bette thought that she was dreaming, but it was so real. She could feel Tina’s touch, her warm tongue and soft fingers, she could smell her perfume. Not wanting the dream to end yet desperate to find out if it was real she tentativly opened her eyes and found herself looking into the eyes of the woman she loved, the woman who at this moment was driving her crazy with want.

“Hey there sleepy head”

“Mmmmmmm” was all Bette could manage as Tina continued her assult on her body

Tina’s hand was now resting only inches away from the seat of Bette’s ever increasing desire. She was kissing Bette’s neck, seeking out the spots that she knew would elicit a moan, her tongue probing and tasting. She slowly made her way back up to capture Bette’s lips in a passionate kiss, her tongue grazing her bottom lip and silently requesting entry. Bette didn’t hesitate and the kiss became more passionate and urgent. Tina broke off the kiss and began to slowly take off Bette’s little bikini and the impending nakedness brought Bette to her senses

“Wait…. T…. what about Tapiwa and everyone?”

“I gave them the rest of the day off…. we’ve got lunch in the dining room waiting…. but at the moment I’m hungry for something else” Tina said huskily

“You’ve got everything covered don’t you T?” Bette said, smiling at the beautiful blonde

“Yes but right now I want you uncovered” Tina said as she wiggled her eyebrows

Bette was now completely at Tina’s mercy, her desire needing to be fed and her body aching for release. Tina began kissing and licking her way down Bette’s body, as she came closer to her destination she surepticiously placed an ice cube in her mouth and as she brought her mouth to Bette’s centre she slowly eased two fingers inside and began a slow steady rhythm with her fingers as her mouth and tongue worked on Bette’s *****. When Tina let the ice cube come into contact with Bette’s ***** it sent shock waves through her body and she couldn’t supress the moan that escaped her throat.

“Mmmmmm, god T….”

Bette quickly matched the rhythm of Tina’s thrusting fingers with her hips and it wasn’t long before Tina felt her starting to contract around her. She moved her mouth back up Bette’s body and replaced the melted ice cube with another before she took Bette’s already erect nipple in her mouth, rolling both her tongue and the ice around it as she gently sucked on it. Her free hand beginning to caress Bette’s other breast as she let the ice cube melt. Before switching her mouth to minister to Bette’s other breast she placed another ice cube in her mouth. Before the last cube melted she moved her mouth up and kissed Bette deeply, passing the cube in to her mouth before moving back down her body.

“T…. please?”

“Plese what babe?” Tina said in between flicking her tongue in and out of Bette’s navel

“I….mmmmmm…. can’t take any more”

And with that Tina increased the speed and pressure of her her thrusts as she gently sucked on Bette’s *****, flicking it quickly with her tongue. It was then that Tina felt Bette let go and she cried out Tina’s name as she came. Tina waited until Bette regained control over her body and breathing before moving back up and enveloping Bette, placing soft kisses on her neck and whispering….

“I love you baby…. oh and last one in the pool is a rotten egg” Tina said as she lept off the couch and ran giggling outside and into the pool, leaving Bette behind and staring at her as she gracefully dove into the pool. As Bette slowly made her way outside she noticed that Tina had taken her bikini off and was looking at Bette with the same burning desire that she had when Bette first saw her…. this was all the incentive that Bette needed to pick up her pace and dive in the pool to join Tina.
