Talia lies on the ground, her limbs twisted at odd and awkward angles. He body twitches involuntarily as she moans in pain. Some how after all this, she is still alive. Dana jumps off the roof and lands right next to Talia. She stand over the paralyzed woman.

Talia desperately tries to rise, but the most she can do is lift her head.

“I…can’t…move…”

Dana makes a ‘tsk tsk tsk’ sound from her mouth as she continues to stare at the newly quadriplegic woman.

“That’s called paralysis. That’s what happens when your neck breaks. It’s what people call a ‘career ending’ injury.”

Talia lets out a laugh at Dana’s tasteless joke. She laughs at the thick use of irony that has played out in front of the two women as she still holds onto her warrior stoicism.

“Kill me…finish it.” She chokes out; blood comes coughing from her mouth as she spoke.

“No.” Dana simple replied.

“You have to…it’s my death…I’ve earned it.” The motionless woman gritted from her teeth glaring up at the woman who had permanently taken away her power.

“I don’t have to do anything. My job is to send you to hell. You’re in it.”

Talia stares at the victor of this match in wide eyed disbelief. She couldn’t believe what she is saying. She panicked as her warrior stoicism quickly deteriorated like dust in the wind.

“There is no honor in this!” Talia yells at the top of her lungs. For the first time in her life, pain and sorrow had entered her body. This was not the way a warrior was supposed to die; she was supposed to die by the hands of another warrior. She supposed to die by Dana’s hands.

Dana looks down in disgust at the once egocentric, arrogant and vicious warrior. Now she’s nothing more than a pathetic waste of life lying in the gutter. Dana reaches for something from her back. She pulls out Talia’s broken sword, which symbolizes the former warrior’s current broken spirit.

She throws the sword handle onto the ground, just out of reach of the fallen woman’s own fingers.

“What makes you think you deserve honor?”

Suddenly the sound of foot steps come out of the alley way. A pack of hungry stray dogs smelled the fresh scent of blood in the air as they all barked and howled in union. Tonight fresh meat was back on their menu.

Talia looked up at the salivating dogs that were walking towards her. Fear shook through out her motionless body as she could only imagine what was going to happen next. A sick and sadistic coy smirk went over Dana’s face as she saw the hungry predators walk even closer to her.

She turned her heels and proceeded to walk out of the alleyway leaving Talia to the dogs. Literally.

“Where are you going?” Talia yells out at Dana who slowly evaporates from her sight as she continues to walk away

Dana didn’t even look back as she spoke “I’m going for the king.” She replied over her shoulder.

“Wait…you can’t do this! You can’t do this!!!” Talia yells over and over again. But Dana doesn’t turn back. She leaves her victim in the cold wet alley ignoring her pathetic yelling. She doesn’t even show a hint of emotion at the sound of the helpless woman’s blood curdling scream as the large dogs rip the flesh from her bones.

She walks over to her Motorcycle. As she mounts it, she notices Victor Krash’s large tower sticking out of the city like an angry god. This was for all the marbles now. It’s time for her to get some bloody satisfaction from the man who took her life away.

“Four down, one to go.” Dana whispered. She gunned the motor from her motorcycle as she tore through the streets as she headed for her final target.
