    “I want to kill her. I want to make her pay.”

                Alice got a knock on her door and walked to it. She unlocked the door and opened it. She saw Bette on her doorstep.

     

    “What do you want Bette?”

     

    “Have you seen Tina? She wasn’t at school today so I thought she could be here.”

     

    “She’s not here, but if I knew where she was I wouldn’t tell you.” Alice began to close her door, but Bette stopped her.

     

    “Why would you do that Alice? Do you want to piss me off?”

     

    “What are you going to do Bette? Hit me like you hit Tina?”

     

    “What are you talking about?”

     

    “I’m talking about the bruises and the busted lip you left on my fuckin’ best friend. That’s what I’m talking about!”

     

    “Wait—she told you?”

     

    “It doesn’t matter if she told me or not, I saw what you did to her! Don’t you ever lay another hand on Tina or I’ll—.”

     

    “You’ll what—hit me? Alice please, you couldn’t do it. You’re a fuckin’ pussy, and you’ll never be strong enough to secure yourself. Trust me Al, I could walk all over you if I wanted to. I don’t think I’ll do that, I’ll probably fuck ya instead.”

     

    “You’re a cold-hearted bitch Bette. I hope you rot in hell.”

     

    Bette laughed. “I vacation there,” she sighed. “Now, I’m going to ask you this again. Where is Tina?”

     

    “Fuck you Bette!” Alice slammed the door in Bette’s face.

                Shane knocked on the Morales door and waited for someone to answer. She sighed heavily and scratched the back of her head. The door opened, and Carmen’s mother came to the door.

     

    “Hello Shane,” Shane smiled softly.

     

    “Hi Miss Morales.” Mercedes moved out of the way and let Shane in.

     

    “She’s in her bedroom,” Shane nodded and walked up the steps. She walked to the first door on the left and knocked on the door.

     

    “Come in,” Shane opened the door, and Carmen looked up from her book. She got up from her bed and wrapped her arms around Shane. She began to cry in her arms.

     

    “Hey, everything’s going to be okay.” Shane rubbed Carmen’s back and kissed her cheek. “C’mon, lets sit down.” Carmen pried her arms from around Shane and walked over to her bed. They sat down, and Carmen took a deep breath.

    7. Ok I’m officially aboard ACB.This is some angst, and scary stuff. Bette is completely mean, and i can’t stand it! She needs to get her ass whupped or better yet die!Tina needs to get away from that abuse really,really fast,before Bette Beats her to death. I can’t stand to read Tina being so weak and abused either. But I’m liking this fic,weird cus i’m a softy. It’s kinda scary, But I’m in. PPS.
