Bette said “Tina, stop calling it an affair. It was not an affair. And none of this is your fault. And please don’t blame yourself for the accident. Thank you for sharing your feelings with me and you have nothing to be jealous of when it comes to Jodie.Tina, you have my heart”.
Tina flopped her head down on Bette’s stomach and Bette yelped with pain. “Oh my god, Bette, I am sorry. I am sorry”. Tina said as she started to cry harder.
“No, no, shhhh Tina lay your head down for a second please” Bette said as she stroked Tina’s head and ran her hand through her hair. “Tina, we will be ok. You are doing a great job taking care of me”.
“Bette?” Tina asked
“Yes love?” Bette replied
Tina said “I need a shower Bette. And I think I need to sleep. The girls are getting me a hotel room somewhere close by”.
“I need a shower too” Bette said
Tina picked her head up and put Bette’s hand in her own and “Bette we need to talk abut that and something else that is not going to make you happy. Bette you can’t take a shower, you have a cast on now and pins in your leg. But listen, I can wash you with a washcloth and towel you off. And Bette you can’t use the bathroom just yet. You have a bag thingy for peeing. The doctor went over it with me”.
Bette looked horrified “I can’t take a shower, even though I am thoroughly disgusting and I am peeing in a bag? And I don’t even want to know at this moment what happens with other bathroom activities. This is disgusting. Tina if you want to go back to LA, I can work with nurses. This is crazy. And you did not sign on for his. You haven ot even signed on for anything. I forced you into this with a medical directive and now you are stuck with a Frankenstein girlfriend that smells and pees in a bag. What the fuck?”
Tina looked disapprovingly at Bette and said “Bette, I am not going to LA without you. You did not force me into anything. I agreed to take care of you and I will. Bette all of this is temporary, please try not to worry about it. I don’t give a shit where you are peeing. I am thankful you are alive Bette. You do look a little like Frankenstein right now though…”

great update…awwwwwwwwwwwwwww big aw’s from me about the girlfriend part.it seems although the accident was a horrible thing to experience this is what TiBette needed to get on the right track to salvaging their relationship…update soon

I am so glad that Bette is going to set Jodi straight on her next visit so Tina will feel within her rights to say when Jodi can and cannot see Bette. Jodi is upset understandably but putting too much blame on Tina and none on Bette. Love the story. PS

Aww…those two are so cute together, made me think about a song….Do ya wanna be my girlfriend,C’mon and hang around with me,Around with me.I wanna know when I think about you,Do you think about me too…I kinda feel sorry for Jodi, she is in an unenviable position, but Tibette is simply meant to be, she’s gonna have to accept the inevitable. But I think she won’t leave without making a big scene…I’m looking forward to it ;)

Happy that Bette is able to talk to Tina about how she feels about everythinng including Tina as the love of her life. It is great that she will also tell the doctor and also tell Jodi to get the hell lost, and don’t come back. The nurse’s can get a cot for Tina to sleep on and she won’t have to go to the hotel, they need to stay close to one another for the forseeable future. Jodi is crazy and Bette does not need to be left alone. Great chapter and thanks for posting so regularly. PPS

You are doing an amazing job writing this story. I love that Bette is telling Tina that she and not jodi is the love of her life and her girlfriend. I just hope that when jodi shows up again that she behaves.
GET RID OF JODI ASAP! it’s annoying enough that what happened on the show happened, but Bette has to get rid of her quick and with as much grace as she can. hopefully she doesn’t do anything to Tina and Bette, and their friends. keep ’em coming, and great job!
just so happy Bette cleared the air in regards to how Tina and Jodi fit into her life. I can see that Jodi is going to cause a scene and Tina will have to have her removed. Oh well..

tina in scrubs… dam girl what a visual… now thats something to want to get sick for… tina nursing you back… great job… would love to see jodie’s face when she comes back and tina is sleeping next to beet… i have a feeling she will be crawling on her bed soon… real soon… what the hell bette has pain meds… she will take a little more pain to have tina in her arms…
