    Bette

     

     

    Everyone has left me alone, this is what I wanted.  I need to be alone, in this house, in this time, by myself.  Of course, no one wanted to go but I can be very convincing.  I’m walking through the house trying to grasp that my beloved has been taken, taken by the person that has made it their life’s mission to make my life miserable.  As I walk from room to room I see the pleasant memories that were made in each one.

    I’m quite unaware of the fact that I’d been crying until I feel the soft wetness of tears cascading down my cheeks.  With my hand resting against the soft marble of the fireplace I slowly drop to me knees and a strangled sob escapes from my weary body.  I’m unable to hold back my tears of pain and sorry anymore.

     

    I feel two strong arms envelope me and for a moment, a brief moment, think that it is Tina.  It is not.  The strong arms of my best friend, Shane, are holding me.  She says nothing, neither offering condolences nor words of comfort, and for this I can only thank her.  I turn in Shane’s arm and place my face in the crook of her neck feeling her arms wrap a little more tightly around me.

     

     

     

    Carmen

     

     

    I knew that Shane wouldn’t be able to stay away and I follow her, quietly of course, into the house where Bette lives.  I see them on the floor in front of the fireplace.  Bette is crying softly while Shane holds her rubbing her hair softly.  Can no one see?  It is painfully obvious to me and I am not as close as the others are.  Tina’s words ring in my ears.

     

    Nothing would ever happen between them!

     

    Watching them now I can’t help the jealousy that flares hot and fierce.  Nothing my *****!  I back out of the house and watch to see how long Shane stays in the house.  An hour later she comes out of the house I come out of my hiding space and I knock on the front door.  After a moment the door is opened to reveal Bette.  She blinks at me for a moment, not expecting to see me.

    1. why the shitload of bad stuff on the gang? dint bette gone through the worst every period of her life and now this? is this the new way of living – tormenting ppl by kidnapping them and doing hurtful things? golly i really felt sad that carmen had to go through such torment – sigh what love does to one ?

      I’m just, you know, surprised at Bette’s forgiving nature. It makes her so much stronger than the ‘regular-Type-A-personality Bette’.

    3. OMG..soo much for Bette to handle, especially, with what happened to her in that place. Now Carmen’s dead…hope Bette can get through that. The fact that Bette is very upset about Carmen’s death indicates she’s going to have a hard time of it. Damn…like she & Tina haven’t suffered enough. Let’s hope Shane doesn’t blame Bette…they have a cool relationship. Thanks for this chapter…please continue.

      Now that I am finished reading this chapter, all I can say is damn! Doesnt B&T go through enough already? I almost feel sorry for them because there is always something lurking aroung the corner.

Damnnn this is fucking awesome, I can’t believe is Carmen I thought is Jenny but not, anyway this is to much for Bette to handle and so much pain for her, and she forgive Carmen, damn she is an amazing person.       Nicely done. You have really managed to clean house so to speak.

      Carmen is outta the picture and now is a time to appreciate hat you have and tell them how much they mean to you.

      There needs to be some convalescence. I am sure that Bette and Tina both have Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome after this latest horror.

      I love the way you make these characters strong and forgiving, Not sure if I would react that way.

      Please continue this fantastic and fabulous fan fiction.

    12. You know it took me a little while to see carmen as the… bad bad girl that she is… but I think it turned out really well for the story…. it’s just sad you had to kill her, she was hot… and a very very bad girl… hehe great story ;)

    13. Completely and totally AWESOME!!!! I agree that it made Bette a much better person to be able to forgive Carmen.

      I really have always loved this story from it’s very first chapter. I look forward to much happiness for the gang now.
