Tina listened to what she was saying…
Bette: I think we should just think about this for a while and not just tell them because they are hurting… hell they may even hurt more knowing this…
Tina: I don’t think that would happen…
Bette: Well you know them better then me… but Tee… what if we do tell them… and in the beginning everything it all fine and well… they pass the word around that Lewis left sperm for his “Gay” friend and her wife to use…
Tina: He didn’t say it like that…
Bette: Tee I know that… but that’s how some people will see it… but hear me out… what if some friends of theirs tells them to fight for custody… surely 2 lesbians can’t raise children… they will all turn out gay… baby I love you and I love our baby… and I will not fight you on this… if you feel they should know… we will tell them together… but please we should think about it…
Tina: I think your right… we need to think about this…
Bette: Lets sleep on it and that doesn’t mean we have to have an answer in the morning… but remember what Lewis wrote… gift from him was to us… and us alone… he didn’t want anyone to know he was the donor… not even his family…
Tina listened to every word Bette said… as she closed her eyes and sank further in Bette’s embrace… soon sleep took them both over… and before they knew it, it was morning…
Tina blinked at the sun waking her… Bette was still sleeping… she slowly slipped out from under her grasp and ran to the bathroom… Bette just smiled… and before Tina crawled back in… Bette was up and in the bathroom also…
Tina: Sorry if I woke you…
Bette: Don’t be silly… just get back here and keep me warm…
Tina: You’re the one who is keeping me warm…
5 minutes passed…
Tina: Babe… are you still awake…
Bette: hmmm… yeah do you need anything…
Tina: I need to tell you that you are right… we both agreed to keep this just between us and Lewis… it wouldn’t be fair to him if we told what he did for us…
Bette: So you’re sure your ok with not telling them about the baby…
Tina: yes… this baby and the others we are planning on having… are our babies and our babies alone… just thinking that some judge feels sorry for them that they lost their son in the war… and gives our baby to them … no I won’t put you or me through that… our babies will be loved… they will have so much love… and as far as grandparents… they will have 2 sets of grandparents…
Bette: I know they will… between your parents and Amanda and George, they will not be lacking in the love department…

Doesn’t seem like 241. The time has flown by so quickly. I have enjoyed each word. Consider your self lucky to be so admired by so many. We are lucky to have you as one of the best on this site. Oh yes they will make beautiful babies. Bette and Tina’s babies will always be beautiful especially with Lewis as the donor. Oh, do you plan later on for Bette to get pregnant? I know that you said something earlier but my brain is not in good working order.
Hey AMG, Congratulations on becoming a Grandmother. Perfect to spoil the little one then hand back to parents. WOnderful and exciting news.
