Jill: you’re on… in fact while I’m home sick and then on maternity I just may start… this is to good to pass up… But what would Bette say…
Tina: we’ll worry about what she would say after we have the check in our hands…
Jill: so is every thing all set for the opening Friday night…
Tina: as far as I know… I did see a little of it last week and I can’t wait to see the rest… you’re still planning on being there…
Jill: we will be there… no matter what this little one says…

Tina woke up feeling Bette very close… this was not a new feeling… they were both used to waking up each morning in very close positions… but this felt different… as Tina opened her eyes she gazed into the dark pools of Bette loving eyes starring right back at her… they both smiled as Tina says… "Didn’t you have enough last night" and Bette’s reply is always the same… "Never enough"… as Bette leans in and they share a very passionate good morning kiss…
Tina: not that I’m complaining, you know I love waking up to you hovering above me… BUT…
Bette: No BUT’s… I just wanted to share with you a decision I have made… and I also love waking you up this way every morning…
And again both sharing another kiss…
Tina: ok so what’s the decision…
Bette: I have decided that I am not going to focus any extra energy on finding or looking for Lexi… this is ridiculous… right now I am on TOP of the Art World… everyone wants to be me this week… and all I can think of is this woman who does everything in her power to avoid me… well it stops here… I don’t care who she is… or who she MAY be… this is my week to shine… and dammet… I earned it…
Tina: I am so proud of you… and you are so right… babe this is your week… you have worked very hard for this and nothing is going to get in the way…
Bette: we have the best life can offer anyone… I have you… and baby I love you so much… and we have Tessa… and another little one on the way… there is nothing we are missing… we have the best family and friends…
Tina: I love you so much…
Bette: there is just one thing I am concerned about… see now I am “What if’ing myself”
Tina: what about…
Bette: remember Patrick told me he has been following my career… what if Lexi is the one who has been following my career…
Tina: well the way I see it… it doesn’t matter… babe you are good at what you do… do you honestly think Patrick would just hand over his “life’s” work to some ordinary Curator… I’m sure he has checked you out… besides YOU GOT HIM… as you said you’re on top of the art world right now… babe ride the wave… this is one hell of a stepping stone and look at it as the first of many many more…
Bette: see another reason why I love you so much… thanks I needed to hear every thing you said…
Tina: babe it’s the truth… so lets just get through this week, Friday will be here before we know it… and who knows maybe all of our questions will be answered…

oh my goodness,I am so thankful that you up dated this story, I saw you leave comments on other peoples, but nonupdates, I was longing. This story is so needed on the site. I know life can get in the way of the writing but I hope we can get regular updates.
So glad that you are continuing this story. This story needs to be told. BTW, did you ever get the DVD from L5 that we paid for? Any news?

Hi Amanda, Great to have a new post from you especially with the wonderful news that Jill is pregnant too. I can’t wait until Tina gets all the trials and hassles with being pregnant from Bette and from Jill. I do think Bette is right in dealing with Lexi as she is at the moment.
