Tina: you know I am this close to taking you back into the shower again and making love to you…
Bette: and you know I would let you… but I am exhausted…
Tina: come on lets check on Maggie and then get to bed…
After they checked on Maggie… Crawling into their bed… and meeting in the middle… sleep came fast…
5:45am… Janice was sitting on her porch drinking a cup of coffee… waiting for her daughter… Tina looks at the clock… and jumps up… grabbing her robe and going to wake Maggie…
Tina: (sitting on the side of the bed and putting her hair behind her ear)
hey sweetie… its time to wake up…
Maggie: 5 more minutes’ mom…
Tina: its Tina… remember… and I’m sure your mom is waiting for you…
Maggie: opening an eye… oh yeah… I remember now… as she gets up…
Tina: here just take this robe; you can bring it back whenever…
Maggie slips on the robe and Tina grabs her clothes… as they walk to the front door…
Tina: see what did I say… your mom is waiting for us…
Janice: taking her clothes from Tina… and putting her arms around her daughter… kissing her… hey baby, how are you feeling…
Maggie: fine mom… really my stomach doesn’t hurt at all…
Janice: thank you Tina… for every thing…
Tina: any time… we were glad we could help…
Janice: I’ll get your clothes back to you soon…
Tina: don’t rush… and now I think I’m going to go back to sleep… see you later…
Maggie: thanks Tina… and tell Bette thanks too…
Tina goes back and crawls into bed… Bette automatically moves to her… Tina smiles and falls back to sleep in no time…
7:30am
Bette now wakes up… looks at the time…
Bette: Oh shit Tee… we have to get Maggie up… dammit… it’s late…
Tina: relax babe… she left at 6:00
Bette: what… you got up…
Tina: yep… and took her home… so get back here… I’m cold…
Bette: we have to get up anyway…
Tina: 5 more minutes… please mommy
Bette couldn’t resist it… she crawls back and takes Tina into her arms… cuddles her … ok… 5 more minutes… Tina smiles… you’re a softy mommy… but I love you… I love you too… now be quiet… you have 4 and 1/2 minutes left…

Baby…Baby……I am sure that will b their next chapter in their life….
Periods suck no matter when they come. Plus I tend to have weeklong PMS and any other time I’m just bitchy. Bette will definitely be the softy mom and Tina the enforcer. They’re both great mother/sister figures for Maggie.

That was so nice of Bette to be there for Maggie…I know Maggie was glad she was at home when it happened…I wasn’t so lucky…I was 12 at a wedding…I wish Bette had been there to make me tea.
That was so sweet, Bette and Tina both will make wonderful Mothers. Maggie will remember the kindness from them for a long long time. If we dont get the wedding before you leave,we will forgive you. You are a Mother, work and take care of a home and try to make us happy, that is a heavy load for one person. thanks for posting.

It’s hard enough to get a doctor to make house calls at all, two nights in a row was pushing it anyway. I wonder how you’d code that kind of thing for insurance. And skycaptain, out of all the things that Bette could make me, I have to say tea is rather low on the list. How long to the wedding now? Is Maggie the flower girl?

Since they are neighbors and their families have gotten so close, Janice may want to consider giving B&T a spare key to their house just in case something like this happens again or they have an emergency.
