alice: just a trim( sitting down)

shane gets her scissors and begins to work on alice hair. having to fight the urge to tell her about carmen being
pregnant. the thought of carmen being pregnant alwas makes her smile.

alice: earth to shaney! whats got you all happy

shane: nothing

alice: your hiding something! im going to investigate!!

shane continues alices hair while playing the question game. she finishes up and alice looks it over in the mirror.

alice: well mccutheon, you did it again(smiling) but im going to do some hardcore investigating

shane: have fun(smiling and shaking her head)

shane races home to find carmen in the kitchen cooking lunch.

shane: hey lovely. (grabbing her waist n kissing her) how are you feeling(kneeling down kissing her stomach)

carmen: i feel much better. i figured you would be hungry i made quesidillas

shane: hell yea

carmen smiled. they ate lunch and watched a little t.v. shane went to finish out her day while carmen worked on mix.
when shane was done she called carmen to see if she needed her to pick up anything  for dinner.

shane: hey babe. you need me to get anything for dinner

carmen: no, just come home we still have all the food my mother sent home we must eat(giggling)

shane: o yea, we MUST eat, see you in a few

carmen: hey..i love you

shane: i love you too..(smiling)

shane got home and jogged up the stairs. soon as she reached the door she fumbled for her keys as carmen opened the
door jumping into her arms. shane carries her into the house as they playfully kiss

shane: well i missed you to

carmen not as much as i missed you

they eat dinner and talk about their day.

shane: alice came in

carmen: babe…

shane: i didnt tell her, it was hard though…i mean this is the farthest we’ve gotten

carmen: i kno isnt it exciting and nerve wrecking at the same time.

shane:yea, but you let the nerve part be to me..i want you relaxed

carmen: i kno baby but i cant help it..the morning sickness made it real

shane: yea it did.

they smile at each other. carmen lets out a yawn

carmen: im so sleepy baby

shane: ok love, lets go to sleep

carmen takes shanes hand and leads her into their bedroom. they change into night clothes and snuggle into
each other.

carmen: do you think we’ll be good parents?

shane: yea

carmen: how do you know

shane: just a feeling

carmen rolls her eyes and kisses shane goodnite

carmen: good night love

shane:nite babe…i love you

carmen: i love you too

shane: and i love our little one already

carmen: so do i(smiling  and leaning into shane)
