Kit and Bette were running around like chickens with their heads cut off, making sure the Planet looked great for Anne. Anne was the daughter of their best friend from high school. She was 19 and coming to L.A. for a good while trying to get herself noticed as a writer. Alice sat back laughing at the two as they made sure everything was in the right place. It had been a long time since she had been able to smile and laugh at the Planet, but now she was more than comfortable with Dana and Lara’s relationship, she figured Dana was her best friend and as long as her best friend was happy then so was she.

The Planet wasn’t as packed today, considering the fact that Kit made sure everyone was only around for a few minutes. After a little while, Bette and Kit walked into the backroom to grab the presents they had for Anne.

Tina could not help but laugh, “ they are so bent out of shape, knowing Anne, she’s probably just going to stroll in here like nothing’s happened”.

Alice sat up curious, “ so who is Anne anyways? I mean I have heard about her for years and I still havent met her”.

Just as Tina was going to answer a young lady walked up behind Tina and leant down slowly and whispered in Tina’s ear, “ am I in West Hollywood or does L.A. just have this many fine ass lesbians?”.

Tina instantly knew who it was and jumped up and hugged Anne, “ Oh my God Anne, you look great how are you?”

Anne smiled and took off her sunglasses, “ I’m good thanks, and you? Well I probably shouldn’t ask considering you look that beautiful this early in the morning”.

Tina smiled, “ it’s 2 in the afternoon”.

Anne laughed a little, “ Come on Tina, I’m 19 remember?”.

Just the Bette and Kit came running out of the backroom, “ Baby Girl!” and with that Kit had Anne up in a hug off of the ground, “ Hey Aunt Kit Kat, how you doin?”.

Then Anne turned to Bette who was smiling so wide, “ Anne, it is so nice to see you”.
