It was Tina’s turn to notice the expression on Bette’s face. She couldn’t quite read it but it certainly was not demonstrating happiness. Tina began to panic. ‘Shit! What the hell did I do last night?’
Bette prepared a glass of orange juice, milk and ice water to give Tina a selection. She set them on the kitchen table, along with the Tylenol. “Maybe this will help?”
Bette quickly went to the refrigerator to gather some fresh fruit and cheese, as well as some crackers from the cupboard. After grabbing some plates, utensils and napkins, she returned to the table to set the items down.
Tina looked at Bette with an awestruck expression as she popped open the Tylenol and placed two tablets into her mouth. “Thanks…”
Bette stood over her and ran her fingers through the blonde’s tresses. “They’ll kick in soon baby.”
‘Lightly toasted bread? Some eggs over easy?’ Bette planned a menu in her head and started to move away to resume her impromptu pre-sunrise meal but Tina grasped the brunette’s hand and pulled her back towards her. “I wasn’t thanking you simply for the Tylenol.”
“Okay…” Bette raised an eyebrow. “Well…you’re welcome for whatever else you’re thanking me for.”
Tina let out a chuckle. “Thank you for taking such good care of me, Bette.”
Bette pulled another chair closer to Tina and took a seat beside her. She had her hands entwined with Tina’s and they rested on the blonde’s lap. “Tee…you don’t have to thank me. Of course I’d take care of you.”
The words flowed from Bette’s mouth with such sincerity and that look in Bette’s warm chocolate orbs made Tina’s heart skip a beat. “Bette…”
Bette gazed into the hazel eyes she’d come to know so well in such a short period of time. “Yes Tee?”
“I feel so safe with you…so protected….”
“To hear that makes me happy, Tee.” Bette’s mind began to race. ‘Ah fuck! But I couldn’t stop the brownies!’
“Now tell me… how did I end up in your bed… wearing your pajamas?”
“You get a little food into you…and I’ll talk?”
Tina nodded her head in agreement and reached for a fresh strawberry from the dish.

Bette is so cute and honest. I think I would be a little bit mean (as you are with us!) with Tina and say something like: “And then you put your hands between my legs while I was driving and we almost died in a car accident!” =P Are they going to take a shower together next chapter?! ^^

Briliant update as always roomie. Love how Bette’s trying to sugar coat everything. I think the NC-17 should definitely be your next update – I mean Bette’s already got “the look” from Tina right :). Well that seemed pretty torturous for both of them. But Bette did a nice job of leaving out some horrific details. Hopefully no one else tells Tina about her little dance. Thanks for posting!

Hey Luv here’s a big e-hug to make you feel better :). As per the story Tina ia a handful and Bette is so adorable trying to make Tina feel better and not telling her anything that she thinks will upset Tina. Loved this! I cant wait for that update that’s gonna take me off my feet ;)* my helmet all secured and my tush planted safely amongst the best pillow fort ever! *thumbs up* *giggles* PPVS Thanksies :)
I forgot to add, I like how considerate Bette is with how Tina will react. It is tender and endearing. Let them gaze into each other’s eyes longer. More than words are spoken there. PPVS!
