Maria: I know….so I came up with an idea…..Maybe we should ask Bette?

Just then Bette came around the corner to Tinas room.

Bette: (smiling) Ask me what?

Maria and Tina just looked at each other, but didnt say anything. Then they looked back towards Bette.

Bette: Ok, now you two are freaking me out….ASK ME WHAT?

Maria looked back at Tina, making her eyes bigger and noding her head to Tina.

Tina: Bette, we were just talking about me going home

Bette: That is great news T, but are you up to it….I mean, you are going to need some help at home

Tina: Year and Maria is going to be there during the day, but I might need some help in the evening…..(Tina clearing her throat) What do you say about moving in for a while, Bette

Bette just stood there. She didnt really know what to say.

Tina: Bette, did you hear what I said?

Bette: Yes, Im still here and I did hear what you asked…Tina…T, I somethimes do my best work during the night…but if I can work from home…

Tina: Bette, the appartment is big. You can get your own bedroom amd livingroom to work in, when you are there…I just need someone, you Bette, to help me out, if I need it…..what do you say Bette

Maria: Bette, what do you say…will you help us out?

Bette: How can I say no to you two ladies…ok, Ill do it, but we need to talk about how this is going to work between us Maria

Maria: Thank you Bette. Ill talk to you later about the arrangement and when Tina is comming home

Tina: OK – Im still here, so can you two talk to me….insted of me

Bette: Sorry T

Maria: Sorry Tina

A few days later Tina was allowed to come home. Maria and Bette had already moved some of Bettes things in and everything was all set. Maria and Charlot picket Tina up and drove her home. They made a stop at the pharmacy to get Tinas medicin. Bette wasnt comming home until later. Her and Lara had been working late all week on several cases.

Maria, Tina and Charlot finally made it home. Charlot went to play in her room and Maria helped Tina on to the couch in the livingroom.

Maria: Ill just go and start dinner – Bette will not be here until later. I promised her I would stay

Tina: Its ok Maria…you have done more that enough…Where have you installed Bette?

Maria: Down the hall on your right…two doors from your bedroom, Tina

Tina: Thats good….what do you think of Bette, Maria?

Maria: I like her….shes honest and she likes you…you need someone in your life again, Tina. And it dosent bother me that shea woman, if that is what youre thinking

Maria kissed Tina on her forehead and went out to the kitchen to finish up dinner. She had help from Charlot while Tina dozed of on the couch. Dinner was finished and Maria helped Tina to the table, for all of them to have dinner together.

It was getting late and Maria had already put Charlot to bed. She helped Tina into bed after her shower. Saying goodnight and went to the livingroom. Waiting for Bette to come home. Tina fell a sleep almost immediately, she was exhoustet and it felt pretty good being back home.

Bette came home a little after midnight. She found Maria in the livingroom, telling her to go home and get some sleep and sleep in tomorrow. Bette was not going to work until later.

Bette checked on Charlot and then she looked in on Tina. She was sound a sleep, looking peacefully in her own bed. Bette changed her clothes into a tank top and a pair of loose pants to sleep in. She found her laptop and startet checking her email and returning answers.

A few hours went by and Bette had fallen a sleep over her laptop, when suddenly she heard Tina screaming…..BBBBEEEEEETTTTTTTEEEE
