    A little family time and Bette have a little talk with Julia

    “Thank you.” Tina replies.

    “So have you talked to Julia or Jessie this week?” Bette asks.
    “Just briefly over the phone. Jessie called to ask if she could borrow my laptop next week. She’s doing a school photo shoot project and needs an laptop and hers is in the repair shop.” Tina  says.

    “Okay.” Bette says and takes a bite.

    “Why?” Tina asks as she can sense there was more behind the question.

    “I don’t know. Julia has been a little I don’t know. Different around me these last few months.” Bette says.

    “She has? I haven’t noticed.” Tina says a little surprised.

    “Yes, she has. It’s like she’s mad at me or something.” Bette says.

    “You should talk to her then.” Tina says.

    “Yeah.” Bette replies and continues to eat.

    “Jessie’s coming over tonight to get it. Julia might be with her. I could take Jessie to the side so you could talk to Julia.” Tina says.

    “Yeah. If she’s with.” Bette replies and give Tina a small smile.

    They finish dinner and the boys finish their yoghurt. Tina cleans the table while Bette take the boys in to the living room to play a little before their bedtime.

    Tina walks in 15 minutes later. Bette is laying on the couch. Danny is in the play corner while Noah is laying in the couch with Bette. Bette softly stroking is back.

    “He has really missed you.” Tina says and smiles down at Bette then at Noah.

    “Yeah, I figured.” Bette replies with a smile. Tina takes a seat on the floor by Bette’s face, she leans in and place a soft kiss on her lips.

    “How are you feeling?” Tina asks.

    “Tired. I’ve been tired a lot lately.” Bette says.

    “We’ll go see Dr. Wilson.” Tina says and takes Bette’s hand in hers.

    “Yeah, maybe.” Bette replies.

    “No, not maybe. We are going. Tomorrow. We’re not taking any chances Bette. We had a scare two months ago, remember?” Tina says worriedly.

    “I remember. Sorry.” Bette says and gives her a small smile.

    Just then there is a knock on the door.

    Tina jumps up and opens.

    “Hi, Jessie.” Tina says and lets her in.

    “Hi, hi Bette.” Jessie says and waves. Danny gets up and runs over to her.

    1. I can see why Julia would feel hurt. I had sort of wondered about that after reading earlier that Bette was pregnant. It’s a good thing Bette picked up on it so there won’t be anymore tension.

    3. I am glad that Bette understood that there was something bothering Julia. I can understand that Julia would feel knowing that her mother was having a wanted child when she gave her away. Now since that issue seems to be worked out, what about Julia’s father? Nothing has been mentioned about him.

    5. hey lauren… long time without commenting…sorry, i just caught up the story and I liked the way it turned out… good job… and about the name i love some andrea so i liked the choice…. and I agree with you pandora, she’s sooooooooooooooo fucking beatiful, sexy, good people, clever… and I’m serious… she’s almost perfect but just a bit stubborn… so I think the name is perfect for a Bette and Tina’s daughter…thanks

    9. Julies has a right to be or feel rejected.She had a good life.and good parents but. what would she have had with Porter . At 17 not much. now she can have Porter and a new family plus a lot of brothers and sister. Thanks
