    Chapter 16

     

    Bette Im sorry. Tina says as she moves her hand up to stroke Bettes face.

    Nothing you can do. Bette says and smiles. Tina got up from the floor and took a seat next to Bette. She pulls Bette close so she rests her head on Tinas shoulder. She starts playing with her hair.

    Tell me about her. Tina says softly.

    Bette doesnt answer right away.

    Ehm Her name is Caitlin Lawrence. We met in pre-school but we didnt really start to hang out until high school. We became best friends, we could tell each other everything, If I cried, she was there to make me feel better, as I was there for her. This thing with my mom happened only a couple of weeks before graduation. I talked to her a couple of time after that, but then she was gone, she didnt even say goodbye to me. And I cant really blame her. I should have stood up to mom then, but somehow I couldnt get myself to do it. Bette says as tears are running from her eyes. Tina wipes them away.

    That was part of why I told mom to get out. Ive already lost one important person in my life because of her. I was not going to loose one more. Bette says as she looks up at Tina.

    Im not going anywhere. Tina says and smiles and kisses Bette on her forehead.
    I love you Tee. Bette says softly.

    I love you too Babe. Tina says, they smiles at each other.

    Tee, would you spend the night? Bette asks and waits for Tinas reply.

    Are you sure? Tina asks.

    I just want to feel you close to me tonight. Bette says.

    Yes, babe, I would love to. Tina replies.

    Bette gets up and reaches out her hand to Tina, she takes it and follows Bette into the bedroom. Bette takes off her clothes and get into bed, Tina takes of her sweatpants and follows. Bette snuggles into Tinas embrace.

    Thank you. Bette whispers.

    Tina smiles and squeezes Bette tighter. Bette smiles, they both fall asleep moments later.

     

    The next morning Bette wakes up first, she feels the loving arms of Tina around her. She carefully turns and lay still to watch Tina as she slept.

    2. i know that is a mean thing to say but i think Lara will be great for Bette and Tinas relationship..she is going to shake Bettes mind and make her see she wants to do the next move and she is not afraid and insecure anymore i hope she will be crazy jealousy..lol..i wait for your update the whole day..and thanks for post

    6. I agree with pandora007, Lara just maybe the spark or push that Bette needs to step out of her comfort zone. Your comfort zone can be a comfee but lonelee place. I predict that old GREEN eyed devil will get to our Ms. Porter. Please post again soon

    12. Lauren, this story is so much fun to read. I’m glad for the slow pace, it’s much more romantic and creates way more sexual tension;)! I can’t wait to see Bette’s reaction to the hug…Ooh! Will we get a glimpse of the green-eyed monster?
