Sunday morning Tina wakes up alone in bed. She checks on the baby and sees she’s still asleep. She thinks Bette is either making breakfast or more likely working out. She heads downstairs and finds Bette in the lap pool. Bette sees Tina, but decides to finish her final few laps before being distracted.
Bette: Good morning baby this pool is great. It’s perfect for swimming laps. There is actually a control to switch up the different currents. Right now I don’t have one selected.
Tina: You sure have a lot of energy for so early in the morning.
Bette: Hey, I’m high on life. Can I get a kiss?
Tina leans in to kiss Bette and is pulled into the pool. Bette laughs and pulls Tina into another kiss before she can argue.
Bette: Is the baby still asleep?
Tina: Yes.
Bette: Well I set the steam room join me in there. Even if she wakes she’ll be fine for 15 minutes or so.
Tina agrees and takes a quick shower with Bette before heading into the steam room. They of course make out in the steam room. They take a quick shower and head up to check on the baby. She’s awake but happily gurgling and they decide to leave her until she calls for them. They get dressed and step out onto their veranda to take in the morning ocean breeze.
Bette: Do you want to head out for breakfast or eat here?
Tina: It’s Sunday; let’s head out to get our baby her diner pancakes and we can get a New York Times.
Bette: Do you want to try one of the local beaches today? We seem to have a pass for them all.
Tina: No, let’s save that for next weekend when they’ll be less crowded. I read about a Daylily farm. Let’s go check that out today.
Bette: I’ll go run the bath for the baby. Just bring her in and I’ll get her cleaned up.
The family is on the road in search of breakfast by 10am. They stop in at Anthony’s Pancake house which is just across the road from John’s Drive In.
Tina: Pretty crowded, but the wait wasn’t too bad.
Bette: Yea we are still a bit early for Sunday breakfast. I bet this place will be mobbed by 11am.

sad to finish reading the last post sniff sniff!!! emotional and nice to know that Tina has now definitively moved in with Bette and how sweet was the decoration hey. what is the next challnge? well i would love to see what happened at the court but mainly forme the fami next challenge is when to expend their family hahahaha. I know I am a pain in the ass pmsl. PPVS

Lovely story and this chapter was so special because she was finally home with her girls, where she belongs. The sign was a very sweet and loving gesture for her.
