    Bette worries about Joe…

    «Baby, are you OK ? You look pale all of a sudden…», Tina asked softly, gently rubbing Bette’s back. Bette forced herself to smile so Tina couldn’t see how worried she was about the slashed tire. She tried not to panic, telling herself that this was L.A. after all and these kind of things happened every day. Joe couldn’t have done it, he was her boss’ son for God’s sake. She just couldn’t believe he would go as far as to hurt her or Tina. She shuddered at the thought of Tina being harmed by that man. She would rather he came after her than her precious baby.

     

    «I’m fine, it just pisses me off that’s all…», Bette told her.

     

     

    «Well, with the kind of car you’re driving, I bet you have Road assistance, haven’t you ?», Tina smirked. «Shit T, you’re right». Bette pulled her cell out of her purse and got a number from a card in her wallet. Thirty minutes later, the tow-truck showed up. The driver dropped them off at the house and told Bette her car would be delivered Monday at the CAC since everything was closed on Sunday.

     

     

    By the end of Monday morning, Bette got her car back. It was brought over by a guy who seemed to have just fallen off his bed. «Did you park my car where I told you ?», Bette asked him. He shrugged his shoulders lazily. «Couldn’t find the place».

     

    Did you look up your ass, Bette wanted to ask him, but she took the keys instead and thanked him rather coolly after he told her where to find her Saab. She made a mental note to call the garage and make a former complaint. If the guy had expected a tip, he had been disappointed since he left Bette’s office empty handed and looked rather pissed by it. Bette hadn’t said a word to Franklin about the incident since she didn’t have any proof that Joe was behind the slashing. She lost herself in her work trying to forget about Joe and her car and it was already past eight when Tina called.

     

    «Hey baby, when are you coming home?»

     

    «In about an hour… You miss me ?»

    2. Oh boy, that was HOT!!!. My sponge baths never left me feeling like that and no one as lovely as Tina gave me one either. How I wish. Great update and love the story. Bette needs to tell Tina what Joe did so she does not get surprised by him at some point. Because the coward he is, he will try to talk to Tina sooner or later or try to do something to one or both of them. Coawrds like that always try something. PPS

    4. Heck if thats the kinda treatment Bette’s going to get staying at home, I’d put in for more time off. I agree with Dainty, Bette needs to tell Tina about the incident with Joe so that if something does happen she isn’t out of the loop.

    9. Hey Milady, This chapter just sizzled. Loved the bed bath. Bette being so vunerable is a real turn on for Tina as she is now ab;e to call the shots. I like seeing this side of Tina. The sponge bath was exciting and erotic. Bette’s frustration at her lack of movement was ably released by their sojourn in the car. Bet the windoewsa steamed up. Hot, hot, HOT!!! Brilliant.
