Aww…she just thinks of everything, “Thanks, I’ll take the water for right now.”  She smiles and sits back on her bed with the pizza while she hands me the water and turns on the rest of the lights in her room now that our eyes had adjusted. 

“So what part of the movie did you make it to? I watched like the whole thing until they stopped telling the part where they were younger because old people in love like that is just weird to watch in the movies…I mean it can be cute in person, but I don’t know, I just don’t like it in movies, oh well,” Ashley said as she started to eat her half of the pizza.  “Um…I made it to the part where they get back together in the rain, then I was out, but why didn’t you watch the last like twenty minutes? That’s the best part of the movie! I reply eating some more too.

“Ha, what?! That’s def not the best part of the movie, if anything it’s all the letters and he like yells at her to do what she wants to do.”

“That’s true… I do love that part, but the whole point to the ending is that love trumps all. Memory loss and all, they had the will to die the same time, together because of their true and unstoppable love,” I say kinda getting into the little debate.

“Alright, aright. I’m sorry I didn’t watch the ending, next time I will be sure to watch the whole thing…and why do you think you can just ask all these deep question, if I remember correctly I’m allowed one person question that is to be answered in full, by you Ms. Carlin,” Ashley says as she quarks her eyebrow up….that is so sexy.

“Yeah, I was hoping you forgot about our little deal…go ahead.  Ask away,” I respond hoping she doesn’t ask anything that will embarrass me too much.

“Hhmm, let me think…” Ashley said as she put a finger to her chin “….Okay, I got it. Since you know all about my personal life and my dad and my happiness or kinda lack thereof, before…what’s your story?”

“What? That doesn’t count as a question… that’s cheating,” I pout and tilt my head.
