Who You Gonna Run To ? – (Chapter: ch. 1)

The teens stood in front of a grand mansion in awe. Suddenly, Glen planted a wet kiss on Spencer’s cheek knocking his sister out of her stupor. Spencer made a disgusted face. She glared in her brother’s direction as he grinned and jumped up and down.

"Whooo! You rock Spence you found it! Let’s go in!", the elder of the two cheered running up to the door.

The two younger siblings didn’t follow.

"I don’t want to go in Glen it looks spooky", Spencer murmured.

    "Yeah I’ll pass", Clay agreed.

"Oh no you don’t you chickens! Let’s go!!", he ordered as he ran back and shoved his siblings up the steps and towards the entrance.

The two protested but soon enough they were dragged inside the place. Glen felt around for a switch and nearly screamed in excitement when he found it and bright lights flickered on. The walls were marble, the carpets a deep red, paintings all over the walls, a glass chandelier above their head. Two spiraling staircases on the farthest sides of the room and a couple of doors labeled: Kitchen, Dining Room, and Storage.

"This place is so not haunted", Glen boasted loudly.

Clay scowled and hit him across the head before taking a look around. Spencer as if pulled by gravity headed towards the staircase and Glen just shrugged heading toward the door that said storage.

"Meet back here in fifteen minutes, got it", Clay hollered.

"Yep", the other siblings agreed before splitting up.

Spencer reached upstairs and entered the first room cautiously, but nothing but boxes were in there so she left. Next she went down to the second room disappointed again when nothing was in there either. She decided to skip doors and head to the last one on the right, and entered it, missing the ‘Stay Out’ scratched into the doorframe.

Spencer whistled when she saw all types of posters all over the wall, a messy bed and items thrown about. The hairs on the back of her neck rose and she froze. She turned around slowly and stared into black curious eyes. She was about to scream when the girl before her motioned for her to stop, and she just did so. Spencer’s eyes widened at the eery teen in front of her. She had pale skin, soulless obsidian eyes, and brown hair with red bangs. She was beautiful yet freakishly creepy. The teen sniffed the air before smirking.

"You look a lot like her", the mysterious voice seemed to echo in the teens mind.

Spencer swallowed and started backing up. She kept wondering why her body was refusing to bolt. Like smoke the figure dispersed then fluidly became a solid person breathes away from Spencer’s face. The brunette touched her cheek, her touch cold as ice but oddly soft against the teens face.

"Will you stay longer then she did", the brunette whispered again.
