    The Spencer Effect: Chapter 1

    Dear Notebook,

Today I’m very annoyed. You see my brother died a month ago from a shoot out that went on in my neighborhood. And before you ask; no that’s not why I’m annoyed, and don’t think I’m heartless or what not, I do care and I miss him, but what’s getting on my nerves is the fact that I had to move. My mom took a job offer in L.A.; she thinks it will be good for us. ‘A Change’ she says. Hmphh… whatever but currently I’m waiting for my dad to stop the car because today’s my first day at St. Marks College University Hooray! — Not really. Ughh this year is going to be boring.

    -Spencer

“Alrighty you two we’re here”, Arthur announced as he stopped the car in the parking a lot.

Two blonde’s heads got out of the Ford Expedition. The first blonde was a girl, she had long hair and crystal blue eyes. The other blonde was a boy with short blonde hair; he looked as if he was in his early twenties.

“Now honey be good ok, your stuff should be already brought to your room already”.

“Yeah dad”, the teen nodded and started walking onto campus with her brother following.

“Oh! And Glen keep your sister out of mischief”, Arthur stated sternly.

Spencer rolled her eyes and huffed at being treated like a child.

“I gotcha pops, I will be watching Spencer like a hawk”, glen saluted.

    Arthur chuckled before driving off.

“So Spencer it’s your first day of your new college; feeling anything?”, glen asked as they walked through the massive crowd of students.

“Nope I feel a bit annoyed but other than that I’m just peachy. How about you being my teacher how does that feel?”, Spencer grinned.

“Its grand, but yeah… where are we supposed to be heading to?”, Glen questioned.
