We then went to the beach where we sat, just looking over the ocean for awhile until it got to cold and we rushed back to her car and returned to the house.

”Spencerrrr…” she drew it out like she was whining.

I snickered and sat down on the bed, “I don’t understand why I need a blindfold.  It’s a bit of a cliché, Ash.”

She crossed her arms, “Don’t insult my romantic side or it may go into hibernation.”

I laughed and finally put the blindfold on, “There.”

”Ok, open your mouth, and don’t mention the cliché.”

I giggled and opened my mouth.  She slid something in and my tongue touched it and I tasted chocolate.

”Ok, now bite down.”

I bit down and my teeth easily sank through, this detaching the piece in my mouth from the rest of it.  I chewed with caution until I realized what it was that I was eating.  I moaned lightly as I began to savor the taste, “This definitely isn’t the usual food one would expect to be fed.”

She slipped my blindfold off, “I thought you’d prefer this over chocolate covered strawberries,” she held the food out to me.

”I do.  I love this,” I took the food from her as I took another bite.

She snickered, “I thought you were gay.”

I pushed my bottom lip out in a pout, “I am.  I just really like chocolate covered bananas.”  I took another bite out of the delicious food.

”I’m glad you told me you were gay on that beach because I may have never figured it out otherwise.”

”I think you may have figured it out when I ate my favorite food.”

”Favorite food?”

I nodded and smiled innocently, “You.”  I took my final bite of the banana and held out the stick for her.

I could see the red tinting her cheeks and that her eyes were dark, signaling that her mind had wandered off, but she took the stick from me and threw it away before coming back.

She moved so she was standing between my legs and then places her hands on either side of my face.  She leans down and gently kisses me.  I let my eyes slide shut.  I know we are going to try to make love.  I say try because that’s what we tried to do last night too.
