"Its true babe and offical the kids are ours I mean yours." She said looking at the line as well and then she looked at Spencer then up to the kids.

"Umm there is some more stuff here. I want to buried quickly please don’t wait. Cherish your life and if you love someone take the chance and the risk don’t wait until its too late." She read the last line and then looked to kids. "I’ll get the agreements going we can probably do it tomorrow."

"No today." Popped off Chris looking to Ashley and Spencer. "In her letter to me she said if the will is being read she wants to be buried on the day its read and she just wants it to be us kids and Spencer and whoever Spencer is with." He said looking to them.

Spencer nodded her head. "Alright I will see what I can pull off." She said getting on the phone.

"How about we go and get ice cream." Said Ashley and then she left with the kids heading outside getting them the ice cream walking to the park watching Michelle and Travis play she sat with Chris. "So what do you think of Spencer as your legal guardian?"

"Its fine I like her she’s cool. So do you two have something going on?"

"What?" Ashley shakes her head. "No use to but I think that I kinda messed that one up." Ashley said finishing her ice cream.

"No you didn’t well your a fool for leaving her the first time but that women loves you still. I can see it in her eyes whenever she looks at you and she wants to be with you. So I think tonight you should take her out to dinner I’ll watch those two and then ask her to be your girlfriend or whatever." He said and before Ashley could say anything her cell went off.

"Hold that thought." She answers her cell. "Hey beautiful….Okay alright we will be right there. Bye" She hangs up. "Spencer found a funeral home thats willing to do it today." She said standing up. "Let’s go troops!" She yelled as they moved over to her heading back to Spencer’s office.

~The Funeral/Afterwards~ 

The service was okay not the grandest but they kept to the women’s wishes it was just the five of them. Chris said some words about his mother and so did the children along with Spencer.

Afterwards they went back to Spencer’s house Ashley pulled her aside. "We’re going to dinner tonight and before you say no Chris agreed to watch the kids for us." She said looking at her. "Come on Spence."

Spencer smiled at Ashley. "Alright fine." She said giving in but she thought Ashley looked so cute with the puppy dog face how could she say no to that.

"Alright good I will be back later I have some agreements to make and stuff." She kisses Spencer’s cheek and then leaves.
