So they start walking to the class and Ashley stops in the doorway witha shocked look on her face.

Spence: Ash what’s wrong

Ash:

My 9th grade teacher is now teaching kindergarden our daugthers class

Spencer: it will be ok lets just get Bre settled into class.

As Ash and Spence walk in with Bre. Mrs. Taylar looks up.

Mrs. Taylar: Why hello Mrs. Davies long time no see.

Ashley: Hello Mrs. Taylar

Mrs. Taylar: you can call me Beth. So who is this this girl.

Ashley: this is our daugther Brianna carlin-davies

Bre: you can call me Bre and this is my other mommy Spencer

Mrs. Taylar: Wow you are pretty lucky to have two great moms. Come on Bre lets sit down and have circle time.

Spencer/Ashley: Have a good day honey bye and they both hugs Bre and she runs to the carpet to sit down.

Flashing forward to first day back from christmas vacation Bre is ready to go back and tell her friends what she got for Christmas.

Ashley: Remember you have to take Bre to school on the way to work. I have an appointment with our doctor.

Spencer: ok Baby. Bre lets go

Bre hugs Ashley and then Ashley leans over and kisses Spencer

Bre: bye mommy see you later.

Ashley: bye sweetie remember were going to chuckie E Cheese tonight so invited a friend.

Bre: ok

So Spencer and Bre arrive at school and have to park down the road so they park and get out of the car start to walk 3 blocks to school.

Spencer: Bre come honey stop messing withthat Ipod and put it in your bag.

Spencers phone rings while there walking across the road. Spencer answers it it’s one of her clients she doesn’t notice that Bre is messing with her Ipod and standing in the middle of the road. Suddenly she hears tires squeling and a scream from her daugther she had no time to react before the car came in contact with Bre’s small body and the Ipod crashes to the ground and brakes into pieces. Spencer screams with tears running down her face.

Spencer: Oh my god honey mommys here please baby wake up come open your eyes.

Bre: mommy i hurt.

That was all the words she said before fall unconsious again.

A woman gets out of the car and runs to Spencers side. Spencer looks up to realize it was Beth.

Beth: oh my god Spencer I’m sorry. I didn’t see here til the last minute.

Spencer: get away from her.

Beth: we need to get her to the hospital.

By stander: I just called 911 there on there way.
