    “Ashley you and Cassie are playing good but gut into open space, Kyla I want you to play stopper okay.” I see Kyla nod her head what the fuck she hates stopper or anything that is defense.

    The ref blows the whistle and we jog back out to the field.

    I came close to making a goal but their fucking goalie is good. There is only two minutes till the end of the game and Kaiser has the ball right by our goal, the next thing I see is number 12 on Kaiser Fall to the ground and the refs whistle blow.

    “Push from Kyla Davies number 20 King, penalty kick Kaiser.” he says.

    Great there is less than 2 minutes in the game and the get a penalty kick I hope our goalie Katy can stop the ball. I watch as number 12 steps up to the pk line to take her shot and Katy getting ready. Number 12 kicks the ball and it goes toward the right bottom corner, I see Katy dive for it but misses by a few centimeters. I hear everyone on Kaiser cheering, fuck we are going to lose.

    After the pk we get the ball back and right after kick off the whistle blows signaling the end of the game, our team heads back to the bench and does a cheer for Kaiser and our school, then we walked up to shake hands. After we grab our things so that we can head to the locker room to talk. When everyone is done changing our coach comes to talk to us.

    “You guys played a good game today and remember that we played them again, so next time around we’ll beat them, and don’t forget about practice on Monday.” he tells us and walks out of the locker room.

    I grab my stuff from my locker and start to leave when Kyla grabs my arm.

    “What do you want Kyla?”

    “I want to know what the hell your problem is.” she asked me.

    “My problem, Kyla we just lost and we could have won if you were playing forward with me.” I tell her and she tries to cut in but I don’t let her “I don’t care if your pissed off at my about Spencer but that shouldn’t affect how you play on the field, so would you just leave me alone.”
