She finally ran the doorbell and her girlfriend..Kate? yeah, Kate, answered the door. She greeted Ashley with a kiss and they headed out towards the car. Kate stopped Ashley and pulled something off of her pants. Ashley’s jaw dropped and she lightly hit Kate on the arm. They got into the car laughing about it.

"You just wanted an excuse to touch my ass." Ashley joked.

"No! I swear you had a bug or something on it." Kate argued. Ashley laughed and moved closer to Kate. She whispered something on her ear and they both started laughing and Ashley practically attacked her with her lips.

"If you guys are going to do that in my car at least put a blanket down or something. Jesus!" Lucy said to them. I started laughing.

We pulled into the theatre parking lot and Ashley and Kate finally pulled apart. Lucy came around and opened my door for me. We started heading in and all of a sudden Lucy grabbed my hand and intertwined our fingers together. I think she felt me jump a little bit because she asked about it.

"Is this okay?" She asked looking down at our hands.

"Yeah. It’s fine." I said and gave her hand a squeeze, which made her smile, relieved.

We got into the theatre and bought our tickets. We got settled into our seats. On my left side was Lucy and on my right side was Ashley who had Kate on her right side. Before the movie started Lucy went to go get popcorn for all of us and we decided that, to save money, I would share a drink with Lucy and Ashley would share a drink with Kate, which was fine because her and Kate had already swapped a gallon of saliva earlier.

In the middle of the movie I reached for the popcorn that was on my right side and I feel Ashley’s hand brush mine and I felt a spark even more electric than the one I felt when Lucy held my hand. I know she felt it too because she looked at me and mumbled ‘sorry’.

Lucy held my hand the whole movie and when we got out she put her arm around my shoulders. I leaned into her and put my head on her shoulder. She opened the door for me when I got to the car. Ashley and Kate sounded quiet. I guess they got into an arguement about something when they went into the bathroom in the middle of the movie. So when we got to Kate’s house, she said ‘thanks for the ride’ to Lucy and stormed up to her front door. Ashley quickly followed her up and grabbed her arm before she made it into the house. They argued about something for a while. Then Ashley said something to make Kate’s face soften. Ashley pulled Kate into her arms and kissed her head. I saw Kate say ‘I’m sorry’ and ‘I love you.’ but that’s all I could make out.

Ashley got back into the car with a lovey smile. Lucy looked back at her and smirked.

"Lovebirds kiss and make up?" Lucy asked pulling out of the driveway.

"Yeah." She answered still in a daze.

We got back to my house and Lucy opened my door for me and walked me to the front porch.

"I had so much fun tonight." She said smiling at me. "I really like you, Spencer."

"I really like you too." I told her back.

She looked into my eyes and inched her face closer to mine, and kissed me. The kiss started to get more intense and then she pulled away.

"Well goodnight, Spence." She said giving me another quick kiss and walking back to her car. I waved to her as she got in and drove off.
