The following morning

C.J.: Hey mom can I ask you a quick question?

Ashley: Sure honey. What is it?

C.J.: When did you know you were gay?

Ashley: While choking on water, WHAT!

C.J.: When did you know you were gay? 

Ashley: Wow, this is a bit unexspected, but I new I was gay in my late teen years?

C.J.: Oh, ok.

Ashley: Wait! Why’d you want to know? she asked cautiously

C.J.: No reason really it’s just this girl kinda asked tonight and I said yes.

Ashley: Well why didn’t you tell me and your momma.

C.J.: Cause I was afraid of how you guys would react.

Ashley: Baby we love you no matter what you choose as your sexual orientation.

C.J.: No lie mom.

Ashley: No lie.

C.J.: Good so you’re not going to over react when I tell you who asked me.

Ashley: That all depends on who the hell it is.

C.J.: laughing

Ashley: Caterina Jason who asked you out?

C.J.: Papi Ramirez.

Ashley: WHAT! Oh hell no!

C.J.: Mom you said you said that you wouldn’t over react.

Ashley: Spencer get down here now!

Spencer: What the hell’s the matter?

Ashley: Spence do you remember Papi Ramirez?

Spencer: How could I forget her she was always so sweet, but get her alone and she was a little monster.

Ashley: Well guess what she asked our lovely daughter out tonight.

Spencer: Well she can’t go.

C.J.: You guys keep talking like I’m not even here don’t I get a say in who I can and can’t go out with?

Ashley: Not when you choose someone like Papi.

C.J.: There’s nothing wrong with her.

Spencer: She’s a bad influence.

C.J.: Grandma said mom was a bad inflence on you but you stayed with her, besides I really like Papi and I’ve known her forever.

C.J.: Just give her a chance she’s not as bad as everyone thinks.

Ashley: Fine one chance but if she pulls any of her normal shit you cannot go out with her again. Deal.

C.J.: Deal, thank you mom. As she walks away.

Spencer: You’re becoming a softe.

Ashley: Where you paying attention to what she said.

Spencer: Yeah, so.

Ashley: She said that your mom  said that I was a bad influence on you but you stuck with me. If your mom said that about me and we’re saying that about Papi well then we’re acting like your mom and we always said that we’d never treat our kids that way.

Spencer: Dammit I hate it when you’re right.

Ashley: Right now I hate it that I’m right.

Well hopefully tommorow will bring new light to we Davies though for right now this is C.J. signing off.
