Ashley: “Julia, Julia, Julia…didn’t we know a Julia once?” I ask Spencer.

Spencer: “Yep, in middle school.”

Ashley: “Oh My God! You’re dating Julia Dower?! I remember her, she was kind of cute. She could do way better than you, she must have really lowered her standards since then.” Spencer snorts a laugh.

Aiden: “Hey!” he whines. “I am a total catch!” he says holding his hand to his chest in feign hurt. “And while you’re laughing Spence you should take notice that your girlfriend just called another girl cute!” He says flamboyantly. Spencer stops laughing and looks at me.

Aiden: “And yes, she is cute.” we don’t even hear him say that last part. We are, once again, in our own little world.

Spencer: “You really think she’s cute?” she asks sadly, pouting a little.

Ashley: “Of course not. It’s been forever since we’ve seen Julia. She could be hideous by now.” this makes her chuckle. “I mean she’d have to be if she’s dating Aiden, right?”

Spencer: “I dated Aiden. Remember?” she says sadly.

Ashley: “I know baby, I’m sorry. You’re an acceptation to that. And for the record, you look hot with anyone, but especially me.” I scoot closer to her and we kiss passionately. And up until about now-

Aiden: “Ahem!” -we’ve forgotten Crayola was here.

Ashley: “Yes your great ass-ness.” he rolls his eye, and again it’s in a very flamboyant manner. I’m beginning to wonder about him.

Aiden: “Julia is not hideous! But anyway, I’m lovin’ this SpAshley thing.” he says motioning between Spencer and I.

Ashley: “Of course you are, it makes you happy in the pants.” he scowls at me and Spencer elbows me. “Sorry.” I mouth to her.

Aiden: “Oh isn’t it a joyous day when best friends become girlfriends.” he says dramatically while clasping his hands together.

Spencer: “I swear to God Aiden, if it weren’t for the fact that you were with Julia, and you dated me, I’d think you were gay.” She says ever so seriously and I can’t help but laugh at this.

Aiden: “What makes you think I’m gay?!” he shrieks, in a very girly tone.

Spencer: “Need I say more?”

Aiden: “I gotta find some more guy friends.” he says shaking his head.
