"You’re what I want. I don’t care about Aiden. Yeah, he is a sweet guy, but you are more important." I wrapped my arms around her waist.

"By the look on your face when you were with Aiden this whole night, I would have thought the exact opposite. He makes you happy. I can see it."

"You make me happy."

"I’m not someone that you can have just like that." That’s not the message she’s been giving me.

"So, what? Were you just leading me on for no reason?"

"No! What I mean is, it’s going to be hard for us to be together. Your parents would freak out and every one would give us dirty looks and give us all their crap about how we are disgusting."

"I don’t care."

"I could ruin you life."

"Or you could make it heaven." The tears were falling even harder, now. "Please, don’t do this."

"You don’t want to keep Aiden waiting." Ashley sighed.

"But… Ash, please." I begged, holding on tightly to her waist.

"Please don’t make this harder than it already is."

"It doesn’t have to be this way!" She pried my hands off her and opened the door for Aiden. He walked in and smiled.

"Well, I’ll leave you two alone. I’m gonna head home. Is there anything else you want me to do, Aiden?"

"No, Ms. Davies. We’re good."

"Alright then. Goodnight, lovers. Don’t have to much fun, now." She said with a wink. Aiden chuckled.

"Nahw, I don’t think we’re going to have that good of a time." He grinned looking at me. This time Ashley laughed.

"I’ll see you two on Monday."

"Bye."

Ashley was now out of the room. I didn’t even bother to say goodbye. I was to busy trying not to let the tears come out again. I sniffled, which got Aiden’s attention.

"Spence? What’s wrong?"

"Nothing."

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah I just want to forget about the world and have a good time. With you." I tried my best to give him a big smile, but it came out weak. I really wanted to tell him I’m sorry and chase after Ashley, but I couldn’t do that. If he found out about me and Ashley, who knows what he would do. Well, I guess there isn’t a me and Ashley anymore.

"I’m glad to hear that."

"So…… dinner."

"Yeah. Come on. I made chicken alfredo." He smiled, while pulling me over to the blanket.
