One Night Stand – (Chapter: Unwanted Visitor)

But before I can answer Mrs. Dennison begins to wail, “This is all her fault!! It’s her fault he did what he did!! If she just would of made him happy none of this would of happened!! That bitch!!!”
Mr. Dennison just hugs her closer and tries to sooth her the best way he can while I grit my teeth. It’s taking every fiber in my body not to respond to her. How can she be so blind? Her son tried to kill someone and it’s his victims fault. I can’t believe her. But I manage to compose myself, ignore her stupidity and say as professionally and compassionately as I can, “Of course you can. Stay here and I’ll have one of the nurses come and get you when you can see him.”
Mr. Dennison nods his head and I leave the room. I walk over to the nurses station and I’m met with both Dr. Evans and Dr. Baxter. I greet them and tell Melissa for her to go get the Dennison’s when they can see their son. She nods and then I follow Baxter and Evans to a conference room to give them an accounting of exactly what happened. That took over an hour and it went well as it was expected since technically I was off duty when I stepped in. But they didn’t seem too mad about that. They just wanted to make sure I was as aggressive as possible in my treatment. When I finished they both seemed satisfied with my accounting and I was finally able to go see Ashley.
I was not prepared for the scene that greeted me when I walked in to her room. I saw a woman with a pillow in her hands and she seemed to be smothering her with it. I could see that she was trying to fight and her muffled screams. I run into the room as I scream, “NURSES!!! GET AWAY FROM HER!!!”
I grab the woman by the hair and yank her back as hard I can. I used enough force that she was sprawled on the floor. As I’m pulling the pillow off of Ashley’s face and putting an oxygen mask over it as she gasps for air, I scream again, “NURSES!!! SECURITY!!!“

Amazing update. I’m so glad Aiden is dead and Aiden’s Mom has her issues by trying to kill Ashley. Poor Ash. I love this story. PMASAP.

Aiden’s gone, would it be heartless of me to say I’m relieved and somewhat happy about that? I hope Aiden’s mom doesn’t try to come back for Ash, but she probably will since she seems to be crazy like her son. The ending was so sweet, and I love that movie Imagine You & Me. Back to the topic, I hope Ash doesn’t become depressed over Aiden’s death, that’d be a whole nother problem and Spashley doesn’t need anymore problems. But…problems equal entertainment, so do what you will, it’s your story and I’m loving it. As usual, another amazing update. Continue with the great work, PMASAP!!!!!!!!!
