    Who’s uniform is that?

     

    Paula stood up. “You start school tomorrow.” She said flatly. “I’ve already bought your school supplies and everything. Have a fun time at Jefferson High.” She leaned down and kissed her daughter on the forehead lightly. “Good night, Spencer.” And then she left. She said everything wrong and said nothing at all.

     

    It was 2AM when Spencer found her path into a deep sleep, which she was pulled out of 4 hours later at 6:00 AM. Her mother greeted her in the kitchen with what looked like a Catholic Schoolgirl Uniform. “I’m going to a private school?” Spencer asked shocked and angered.

     

    “Not just a private school,” Paula said putting the uniform in her daughters grasp. “The best Catholic private school in California, Ben was even nice enough to pay.” Paula said with excitement.

     

    “Yeah, when I heard how religious you were, I figured that money shouldn’t stand in the way of it.” Ben said. That woman must have him brainwashed into thinking Spencer was going to grow up to be some kind of Martyr.

     

    Spencer walked out of the kitchen angry and sad at the same time. Ashley still never called and she had plenty of time to do it. Spencer shattered the thought and took a shower. The house she was living in now wasn’t half bad. It was a decent size and it had plenty of rooms, but it still wasn’t a home.

     

    Spencer dressed in her outfit. The red colored plaid that waved across her thighs in the skirt, The white button up shirt with it’s color, the red and blue tie, and the blue jacket. She looked good, but hated every bit of it. She was going to a school full of people who would teach in a class room that being gay was wrong. There was no way she was going to survive this for another year.

     

    She did her hair and makeup before she made her way out of the door. Ben decided to take her to school and she wasn’t about to turn down the free ride. She didn’t know this area well enough to go wondering around it.

     

    In the car she couldn’t help but wonder what Ashley was doing. If Ashley was surviving any less than she was. “Here we are.” Ben said as the car came to a stop. The campus was very large. The ground was covered in a fluffy green surface as the buildings towered over it. There were a lot of buildings although there were only classes being held in one of them. She wondered what the others were for. “Do you want me to show you where the office is?” Ben offered.
