Ashley kept going into detail about her date and I saw Spencer getting angrier by the second. I looked at Madison and she silently agreed to help me out. I was a bit worried though because Madison doesn’t always get when enough is truly enough..

Yup, that did it. Spencer got up and stormed right out of my room. About a minute later I heard my front door open and then slam shut. I was a bit worried seeing how it was dark out and she was walking..

Gabriella: I should go find her. It’s getting late.

Ashley: No wait. Let me. She’s been mad at me all day.

Gabriella: And you going to get her is a good idea?

Ashley: She might be mad but I need to find out why. So I’ll go.

Madison: Just call if you need anything Ash.

Ashley’s POV

I hadn’t noticed how dark it was getting. So the second I closed Gabi’s front door, I began running in the direction of Spencer’s house. After about running for 2 minutes, I spotted Spencer walking.

Ashley: Spence!.. Spencer wait up!

Spencer: Ash go away!

I picked up my speed until I was able to stand in front of her. She stopped and looked at me right in the eye. Tears were threatening to escape her eyes.

Ashley: What’s wrong?

Spencer: …

Ashley: Spence tell me! Ever since I told you I had a date with Jamie you’ve been blowing me off! What did I do that was so wrong?!

Spencer: You will never get it Ashley!

Ashley: Then explain it to me please! I’ll try and understand just tell me! I hate this. I hate having things between us suck Spencer!

By now we were screaming at the top of our lungs at each other even though we were only about 6 inches apart. She was lightly crying and I was confused as hell.

Spencer: You’ll never understand Ashley!

Ashley: Just try me!

Spencer: There’s no point in trying…

She began walking away and I was stuck making a choice. Should I let her go off or should I follow? I was never good at making decisions.. I guess I’ll just follow my heart.. Even if it ends up breaking in the end…

Ashley: Spencer wait!

Spencer: WHAT?!

Ashley: Tell me Spence. Please. Just tell me why you’re acting this way. And-

She tried to walk ahead of me but I stopped her.

Ashley: ..And don’t walk away this time.

Spencer: You’re my best friend Ash.

Ashley: Yeah you’re mine too babe. So talk to me please.

Spencer: …

Ashley: Spencer. Please.

Spencer: Don’t let her hurt you. You deserve the best…

And with those few words she walked away. But this time, I didn’t bother to go after her…
