“Ash, what is up with you? A 10 just walked by and you didn’t even notice.”

“Sorry, I just don’t notice much girls anymore, and she is so not a 10. Not even close.”

“It’s because of Spencer isn’t it?”

“What? Of course not.” Even he knew I was lying.

“Oh look there she is!”

“Where?!” Aiden started laughing his head off. Spencer wasn’t even there, “That was so not funny Aiden.”

“Haha yes it was, you’re crazy about that girl! You’ve known her for, what,  a month now and you haven’t made a move on her yet, that doesn’t sound like the Ashley I know.”

“Well maybe the Ashley you know has changed. I don’t know what it is about her Aiden, all I know is she’s different, I just can’t figure out how yet. But she makes me feel good. Plus have you scene her? She’s smokin hot! In yet, she’s beautiful.”

“Sounds like Ashley is in love!” He said in a baby voice.

“Shut up, I am not.” I said defensively.

“Yeah right! You blush as the sound of her name!”

“Shut the fuck up Aiden!”

“Or what Ashley?!”

“I’ll tell everyone about the time you got drunk and made out with my mom!”

He stopped laughing, “You wouldn’t.”

“You want to bet?”

“Fine Ash, I’ll stop. Hey, don’t you have to get ready to meet Spencer’s parent’s tonight?”

“Would you stop bringing that up? I’m nervous enough as it is.”

“You’ll be fine Ash, just chill. Go get dressed and I’ll go talk to Kyla okay?”

As he walked out the door, I started freaking out.

‘What if her parents don’t like me? Spencer told me how mad her mom was that one time, and I was apart of that. What if I wear something too revealing? Or give them the wrong idea? What am I going to do?’
