Spencer and Ashley were outside of King High carrying bags.  “I am so psyched for this ski trip, babe,” Ashley began.  “You’re lucky that you made up that homework, right?”

“So am I,” added Spencer.  “Yeah, I’m very lucky.  Thanks for helping me out with my work.” 

“No problem,” Ashley said with a smile.

“We get to get a few days off of school just to ski,” Spencer began.  “Not to mention that it’s the biggest trip for our junior year.”

“The best part is that we’re going to be together,” Ashley said as she picked Spencer up.  “I made sure that we shared a room so it would be just us and not some annoying kid with us.”

“Absolutely,” replied Spencer with a smile.  “I wouldn’t want to have it any other way.”

“Mine either,” Ashley stated.

“Question,” began Spencer.  “How did you make sure that we’re roommates?”

“I have my sources,” Ashley responded simply.

“Ash,” said Spencer.  “What sources are you talking about?”

“I promised I would help out with some stupid event,” Ashley admitted.

“Really?” asked Spencer.  “You hate doing extracurricular activities as much as I do.”

“Yep, really,” Ashley answered.  “Giving up a couple of hours from my Saturday is nothing if it’s for you.  You’re worth it.”  Spencer kissed Ashley sweetly on her lips.  Madison appeared.

“Will you please keep the PDA to a minimum?” Madison asked coldly.  “This is a school function not the island of lesbos we’re heading to.”

“If it bothers you so much, then don’t look at us,” answered Spencer simply.  “No one’s asking you to watch us.”

“You’re just jealous that no one wants to be with you,” Ashley added.

“No, I am not,” protested Madison.  “I have a long line of guys that are dying to be with me.  You make it seem like someone would want to watch you.  What you do together is gross.”  Madison walked away.

“She really needs to get a life, Spence,” noted Ashley.

“Yes, she does,” Spencer agreed.  “We’re going to have fun on this field trip.  We are not going to let Madison get to us.  Deal?”  Spencer held out her pinky for Ashley to take.

“Deal,” responded Ashley with a smile.  Ashley held out her own pinky as well.  Spencer noticed their classmates were going on the bus.  “So do you want to find a good seat on the bus before all the good ones are taken?”

“You read my mind,” responded Ashley.  Ashley put Spencer down.  Spencer and Ashley went on the bus and found seats for them to sit at.  “Are these seats fine?”

“Yeah, it really doesn’t matter to me,” Spencer said.  Ashley gestured for Spencer to go.

“You go,” stated Ashley.

“No, you,” Spencer responded.

“We could go at this all day,” pointed out Ashley amused. 

“Fine, so I’ll make it simple,” Spencer stated.  “After you, Ash I know that you love sitting by the window.”

“Yes, I do,” replied Ashley.  “I love you more though.”  Ashley softly pressed her lips against Spencer’s.

Later on, Madison went towards Spencer.  “You know that we haven’t really talked lately, Spencer,” said Madison.

“Good thing that we don’t because I really hate talking to you,” Spencer replied coldly.  “Go away and find a cheerbitch you could talk to.”

“Do you think I care what you think?” asked Madison with a sneer.  “How does it feel like dating a murderer?  She’s too guilty to show her face.  Is that why she’s not around you?”

“I don’t know,” Spencer stated.  “How is it like being the girl that no one can stand to be around?  She’s grabbing a snowboard.”  Ashley was sliding down on her snowboard without having any control over it.

“Spencer, watch out!” called Ashley.  Ashley stopped her snowboard and soaked Madison.

“You did that on purpose, freak!” shrieked Madison.

“Paranoid much, Madison?” Spencer asked with curiosity.  “It was only an accident.  It’s not Ash’s fault that you happened to be there.”  Madison walked away angrily.  “I owe you one.”  Spencer high-fived Ashley and kissed Ashley softly on her lips.  Ashley

“Don’t worry about it,” stated Ashley.  “It looked like you could use a hero from the rath of the evil Madison.”  Ashley wrapped her arms around Spencer’s waist.

“You are my hero, Ash,” Spencer pointed out.  Spencer kissed Ashley on her nose.
