“Spencer?” I ask nervously. And just like that a light bulb goes off somewhere in that gorgeous blonde head of hers. Well I think. She tackles me to the floor and kisses me hard, she pulls away slowly. And rests her forehead on my own. I gaze into her eyes.

“Yes.” She says simply. Her eyes light up and I pull her in for another kiss. She kisses me and then gets up hurriedly and runs out of the room.  I sit there in shock for a minute. I am marrying the girl of my dreams I tell myself. I slowly get up to follow her when I hear a loud thud. I run to the doorway to see my fiancé, wow I like the way that sounds. She is lying on the ground. Her mother a couple feet away lying on the ground as well. She slowly gets up.

Paulas POV

“Spencer you said yes right?? Please tell me you said yes!” I smile at her trying to will the answer I want. She jumps up and down frantically.

“Of course I said yes!” she shouts  still jumping up and down. Ive never been happier before.

“Congratulations.” I tell her pulling her in for a hug.

“Thanks mom.” She pulls back beaming

“Come here.” I look up and tell Ashley. She walks over and I pull in for a hug. I pull away and look at her. “Ashley I know you will never do this but I need you to know if you hurt her ill kill you.” I tell her as I smile.

“I would never dream of it.” She smiles back

“I know, congratulations honey.” I tell her.

“So howd you do it?” I ask eagerly

“Well I had put the ring you gave me in a dvd case to my new demo cd she hasn’t heard yet. And then today she was laying on my bed. And it just seemed right. So I told her to get the dvd case. And she sat back down on the bed and looked at me as she opened it. When she looked back down at the cd I got down on one knee and propsed.” She tells me

“aww.”  Is all I can muster.

Spencers POV

Ok so the air has finally returned to my lungs. And the full realization has come with it. I am marrying the girl of my dreams. She is officialy mine and only mine. I don’t think I could be happier at this very moment. I think my mom is talking to me but my head is swirling with excitement. Ashleys hand is intertwined with my own. My other arm is still outstretched as I look at the ring. Ive seen it numerous times and it still looks brand new. And now it has been taken off my moms hand and put on mine.  Its an amazing feeling.

“Im getting married!” I scream. Causing my future wife to be and my mom to suddenly look up at me. And start to laugh. I hadn’t said much and it was the only thing that came to my mind.

“We are getting married!” Ashley chimes in.I pull her in for a kiss.

“My daughter and soon to be daughter-in-law are getting married!” my mom yells. We all start to laugh.  This is an amazing day and tonight well tonight, I am going to be sleeping with my soon to be wife. Although I don’t know how much sleeping  we will actually be getting. I should probably make a point of getting my mom some earplugs before we all go to bed tonight.  I cant believe im getting married!
