    Spencers POV

I sit in the chair in her hospital room; and I let my mind wonder. My senior year flashed into my mind and all of the memories that went along with it replayed in my head.

    FLASHBACK:

Alright so its back to school, back to the hell hole I’m stuck at for one more year. Its my first day as a senior its supposed to be one of the best years of my life right?  I mean I am graduating and everything. But ever since I came out last year, they have made my life a living hell. I used to be the popular one captain of the volleyball team, dating the quarterback. Everyone loved me and I was friends with everyone. Until she came along she changed everything she showed me what true love was. Her name was Angie; we met when we were 17. We started off as friends, and then slowly became more. I tried to tell myself this wasn’t me I couldn’t possibly like girls I cared way to much about what everyone else would say. Then one day we were alone, Jake (my boyfriend) had just dumped me and she was who I ran to. We talked and she held me until the tears were dry and stopped. And then I lifted my head and kissed her. It started out slow but quickly deepened and became passionate. We started dating, and well I came out about a month later. My family didn’t like it at first but they grew to accept me for who I was. The kids at school well they were another story. I ended up having to quit the volleyball team and was basically shunned by everyone who I called friends. My circle of friends became angie, and a few other girls from school. Other than that I was hated. I got glared at and bullied the whole year. They made my life hell. A month before graduation angie dumped me. She was heading across the country for school and that she didn’t do long distance. I was heartbroken.  So I pursued my dream I had been saving since I was 13 to move to La, and this just pushed me further.
