Spencer: “Glen! Use one of the towels on the couch!”
Glen: “Right! Sorry!” He turns on the spot and grabs a towel.
Spencer/Ashley: “What an ass!”
Paula: “Spencer? Glen?” We all freeze as my mother looks around the room at the three of us and pushes her long, wet, blonde hair out of her face.
Spencer/Glen: “Uh…hi, mom.” We both stutter out.
Paula: “How did I get on the floor…and why am I all wet?” She asks slowly and calmly, if not a little confused.
Glen: “Um…it’s raining out?” I roll my eyes and sigh deeply.
Spencer: “You passed out.” I tell her, as I go back to examining the carpet.
Paula: “Oh.” Is all she says. She slowly starts to get up and Ashley is at her side to help. I’m glad that I don’t have to be the one to take her arm, I’m suddenly very afraid that she’ll shake me off if I try to touch her. “Thank you.” She says, glancing at Ashley before her eyes are back on me.
Ashley gets her to the couch and takes the towel out of Glen’s stunned hands before handing it over to my mother. My mother nods her thanks and begins to dry off her hair and face.
Paula: “Why am I all wet again?” She asks as she sets the towel on her lap.
Spencer: “Um…after you passed out…Glen thought water might help.” I whisper to the floor. I sound like a child, like a scared child. Not even ten minutes ago I felt so brave…but now, now I am just desperate for her to love me again.
Paula: “I see. And you felt the whole bucket was necessary, Glen?” I look up to see Glen lightly shrug, his eyes on the floor as well. “Uh huh. And you are?” She asks Ashley.
Ashley: “Ashley Davies, ma’am I go to school with your daughter.” Ashley reaches out her hand and my mother accepts it. Now…will she accept me, especially when she learns that Ashley doesn’t just go to school with me? I swore to myself when I made the decision to come here that I wouldn’t hold anything back. I will be telling my mother that Ashley is my girlfriend, that I am very much a gay, gay, lady, and I’m happy and healthy. I will have her sign the emancipation papers that are waiting out in the car, and I will move on with my day…if in fact…she wants to sign them.

omg stix this was beyond incredible. how does paula know about ashley? or was she just filling in a blank space? I doubt that so I’m dying to know how she’s getting her info. so arthur is the one to blame so to speak huh? didn’t see that coming. wow. so where does this leave the blonde carlins and ashley? I need to know! oh and glen is just too damn funny with his L word conversations and unsolved mysteries. hahahah nice little mention about the show too! anyway fantastic as always. pms please!!

that letter from Paula was wow , and how did she know about Ashley, and what are the other 4 girls up too left alone to cause havoc in Spencer’s Town ? I thought Glen and Spencer’s relationship was great in this Chapter and how the simply reverted back to Brother and Sister comradeship in the whole you knock , you got kicked out first and the whole waking Paula up what FUNNY as Hell!!! GREAT CHAPTER ! as always I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE!
woops forgot , i was cracking up on how Glen knew about the L Word and how he mention if his daughter turned out to be gay how he didnt want her with a SHane and the mention OF SoN and how Spencer didnt know bout the L word lol

Wow.. Sex was ahmazing!! I was actually getting chills in my vagina from reading that!!!!! When Spencer and Glen and Ashley were standing outside the house, that was funny cuz I can actually picture there hesitation and Ashley being inpatient haha! Paula fainting was deff unexpected!!! Great Lil twist!! Glen was such a dumbass , trying to handle that! When they started to wonder what paula was gonna do next was hilarious! I’m so glad she’s appoligizing.. I think clay went with Arthur bcuz Paula said she finally stood up for herself and apparantly clay and Arthur don’t like that.. But how she know about Ashley being Spencers girlfriend?? Mothers instinct?? And I just thought of something.. Isn’t spencers middle name Elizabeth in the show? That’s y glens babys name is Elizabeth.. So sweet that spencer is gonna be the god mother!!! I need to know what’s happening next!!!!! Pms!!!!

this was an amaing update i was cracking up when paula came down stairs with the letter and glen started freaking out haha or when paula fainted it was a really good update and i cant wait for the next so pms!

Wow, I just love this story. I was expecting Arthur or whoever Spencer’s father is to be the really bad one, I was expecting Paula to be and that Spencer’s dad was just going along with it. So, now, how does this change things? Will Spencer still be looking to get emancipated? I think she still should, even if she is gonna try to rebuild her relationships with her mom and Glen. This story is an epic (long+good) and I can’t wait for the next update.

Wow. Great update. This was incredible. Paula actually apologizing for everything? It’s just too good. I can’t wait to see how she knows everything and what went down with Arthur and Clay.
Oh yeah, and about The L Word drop: I was cheering when you mentioned the whole Shane leaving Carmen at the alter. I will never forgive her for that, even though she’s one of my favs.

k i wasn’t expecting that to happen so nice one…so clay and arthur are the reall ass holes while paula and glen just went along due to fear but fear is powerful but spence can still blame them in fact i insist cuz we all know how long it took her to let ashley in, you’d think the two carlins who actually caused her the pain would be a bit harder to let in although she should try pms
Ok, firstly…how impressive are you? 2 updates in a day? You must be f***in knackered babe. I’m in fangirl heaven this morning. 4 new posts all by my fave authors *sigh* does it get much better? Well…what can I say that hasn’t already been said? That was very, very sexy, sweey intense oh and did I mention intense? lol! I’n right there with Spencer and feeling all the pressure and anxiety of the situation. BUT I wasn’t expecting Paula to be repentant or accepting. A big showdown maybe but tears and letters, not expected. BUT that’s what I love about you….you’re always keeping us on our toes lol! I can’t make up my mind whether I can’t wait for the next chapter to find out what the gang have been up to or dread it because it’s one step closer to the end *sigh* you’ve got me in knots! stix you ghad my heart within the first two paragraghs. i loved everything from the super sexy opening to glens l word rant. and its the cutest thing in the world that he nameed elizabeth after his sister. Wow. That was amazing. And Glen is right. Children are the most important thing in the world and should be treated right. This chapter was amazing. Sorry about the headache. I cant wait to hear what happened to clay (Even though he is a douche). The L word thing was funny. Ashley is just always the best. Paula seriously surprised me. I though the devil was going to come out but it didnt. Hmm well thank you for your continued awesome writing.
